But our agent Brenda Martin is fabulous!
She has taught us so much that I continuously joke I will be her assistant by the end!
She is sweet, knowledgeable, makes her self available 24/​7, pleasent, willing to get down and dirty to inspect with you, she truly is amazing!
I’m glad we have her and have felt very confident with her knowledge and caring hand!

I had a GREAT Experience with Brenda Martin. I am very new to the process of looking for homes but she made it a breeze! She made herself available ²⁴⁄₇ and was very knowledgeable. Not to mention she has a fabulous attitude and is just a very cheerful person in general. HIGHLY recommend using Brenda Martin for any real estate needs!

We are discussed with the Renton John L Scott office on NE 4^th managed by Moshcatel Albie.
We recently bought a house from a good agent at this office, however during the closing procedures he was taken VERY ill and was fighting for his life.
The manager showed NO respect for us to notify our broker, let alone the escrow company or us. The lack of total disrespect was disgraceful. The fact that they showed no concern to let any of us know what happened or that he would not be able to attend our day of closing was not expectable. They never called even the following week to apologize for not letting us know and still to this day 2 weeks later have made no attempt to apologize for their lack of notification and consideration. I also find this highly insulting to the agent that works for them Albie Moshcatel showed him no respect either. The worst part is that Albie Moshcatel made a HUGE profit from the sale as all real-​estate companies do during sales of houses and there was nothing we could do about it. They cared nothing about us yet they made money off of us. There are many other offices of John L Scott we highly recommend you use one of the other offices, this one clearly is not buyer friendly & Albie Moshcatel does not have conscience to do the right thing.
