Man these guys are fast it’s not even funny. Sandwiches are Ok and that’s why I gave 4 stars. The delivery guys are always in good mood.

First time at this location. Food was spot on, always good no matter where you go. I give 3 stars as the price (like the rest) is too high. For a sandwich, chips, and drink being almost $ 12.
The only downfall with this location is the parking. Very tight and small, one way in/​out. However the dining area is large inside and clean.

I love this place! I’ve visited here several times and always receive the same competent, courteous service. Great sandwiches and as they advertise, «freaky fast!» Nice big, airy establishment with large windows and lots of seating, both tables as well as booths.
#11 Giant Country Club for me!

How difficult is it to take then make a sandwich order? For the employees at this location, it is apparently very difficult.
I recently visited and placed an order for a sandwich with no mayonnaise. I repeatedly asked the individual taking my order to please ensure that there be no mayonnaise on the sandwich. Not only did it take forever for the attendant to submit the order, but my sandwich came with oozing globs of mayonnaise.
I will never return to this location. Incompetence does not deserve one’s business and time.

went here after a hospital visit. Girl with long hair in ponytail still had 6 plus inches of hair at food level. Ew. If you like sandwiches with a side of split ends and hair that has been who knows where, this is your place.

Seriously guys??? 40 minutes??? I call and the kid on the phone says, «Your order just went out the door or something…» No apology? Really?
Like another Unilocaler says, don’t get me wrong I LOVE the sandwiches, but this attitude and complete lack of service makes me wonder if I should bother giving them my business anymore.

I love their sandwiches, don’t get me wrong. But, quite literally, I live 1.1 MILES away from their store and they will not deliver because we are outside of their range. Uh, guys… It’s a 3 minute drive according to Google maps. If a 3 minute drive is too extensive for you, you don’t deserve my business anymore. That’s a shame. Don’t get people all excited about delivery and give your business a quarter mile driving radius. Does your delivery guy ride a bicycle or something?
PS. I am now driving the 1.1 miles to go get a turkey & roast beef sandwich from Jersey Mike’s across the street.

Freaky fast delivery is no joke! I called to see if they delivered to my area since it wouldn’t pull up on the online ordering site and turns out I’m just outside the delivery range. Bummer! BUT, the very nice man I spoke to made an exception since I took the time to call in. So awesome!!! And it got here super fast! If upper management approves delivery (crossing fingers!!!), I will definitely be ordering much more! Thank you for amazing customer service!

Well I recently started managing a shop in the area and am looking for a regular healthy choice for lunch. Called 5 times let it ring over 15 times each time. The phone was actually picked up on the third and hung up on me. So, I proceeded to drive down there to get lunch. Of course I investigated the service and noticed a few 1 star reviews on Google and Unilocal but an overall good store rating. I went in and the music is so loud you have to yell the order. This very complaint is also online so I mentioned it to the very young boy at the register. The other employees became curious so he told them and one responded «oh that’s cool». I won’t be returning here. It’s sad because I’m a big jimmy johns fan but for $ 5 bucks at subway I can be treated better and still eat healthy. :/​I gotta say given I’m in management issue. Review it with the crew, delegate specific quality assurance tasks and follow up with your team ;) Sub is still good.

Summary–
This location was great. There were 3 people working and they were working HARD! As usual we were greeted right when we came in and again they said good bye when we left.
The place was clean, the music was great and the pricing was comparative to all other Jimmy John’s locations. I like knowing that I can go to any Jimmy Johns, order the same thing and pay the same price.
I would recommend this Jimmy Johns. Highly!

I like how Jimmy John’s closes late because I would have been starving since most eating establishments that isn’t fast food closes at 9 PM. I walked in here about an hour before they were scheduled to close and it was empty. Despite that, the two remaining employees rushed to fulfill the sandwich orders.
I can’t complain about the service here because it was perfect. The ingredients were fresh and all five sandwiches were made with precision and care (finished with a XOXO Jimmy John sticker). Best of all, the employees were enjoyable to talk to and super friendly!
With awesome service and great sandwiches, I wouldn’t mind coming back even if it’s only for the free smells.

I had to spend 11 days in the hospital with my wife and we ordered a variety of different sandwiches from this store, both for delivery and I’d go in since it was a block away. 100% awesome, I can’t think of anything that I would complain about. The employees were great, talkative and helpful. Even the music happening in the store was excellent. Anyone that has to stay at Valley Medical in Renton, I highly suggest using this Jimmy Johns.

I really really really wanted a good tuna sub this morning and while there are a few other options in the area, I’ve become a really big fan of this place. The interior is nicer than the other JJ I’ve been to and they really are ‘freaky fast’ at making the subs. I only wish tuna was a bit safer to eat so I could get it more often (darn you industrial runoff).
The place has always been clean with employees cleaning the tables and floor on a frequent basis. They have never mis-​made my order (#15, no tomatoes). And it is always tasty and I love restaurants that have Dr Pepper in their soda machines.

Not a ad place to grab a quick sandwich. Be warned! parking is almost zero during lunch hours… I suggest calling in an order and having it sent to you. Not anything out of the ordinary but a good solid choice for a sandwich.
