This gas station has a lot to offer for those whose business is traveling or delivering. The quality of service leaves a lot to be desired, but the gas quality and prices are top tier and fair. I would prefer not to eat here, as their food prices are a lot higher than the QFC’s down the street and the farmer’s market’s directly behind them. My advice? Just get gas at this station.

I challenge anyone to find better chicken & joe, s. This place has the best deli chicken in Washington state. Look them up and try it. You will be back.

I finally did it. After scoping this place for a while, and with the recent disappointment of Ezell’s(I know), I finally went in with zero to little expectation that the fried chicken would be any good. I mean, why should I expect anything spectacular? After all, it WAS from a convenience store/gas station. And it’s true with the previous Unilocal reviews! I don’t even know if this is even possible, but the fried chicken breast was moist, hot, crunchy and not even all that greasy. I’ve eaten alot of fried chicken, and let me tell you, usually by the time you get home, the container or bag would be drenched in oil. But not this place, it is the least greasiest(is that even a word?) fried chicken I have ever tasted. Ezell’s can learn a thing or two here. They got the breading on point. I got the 3-piece meal, which came with a breast, two drumsticks, and some jo-jos for $ 4.99. For the meals, you can choose between the wings or drumsticks. Make sure you drop by here, after picking up those Maple Bar donuts from Chucks. LOL

Love this little quick stop. I’ve stopped in here for over 30 years now. It’s really changed. Didn’t use to have a gas station with it but now it’s pretty convenient. Guess that’s why quick stops are called convenient stores. I wished they had kept the kangaroo sign, though. It was much easier to spot when all I did was looked for the kangaroo sign. They do have the best fried chicken. Even when it is eaten as leftover, it is still moist and NOTGREASY!!!

Its a gas Station and Convenience store… If anyone who grew up in the highlands remember the OLD Hop-in and chucks Donuts know that they have good chicken and jo-jos. They did an awesome job remodeling, still have AMAZING chicken!

Very friendly at the Deli, and gave me a good deal on the chicken tenders which were heavily breaded and slightly spicy. They definitely complimented by ranch dipping sauce.

Roomie and I walked in to grab an ice cream on a hot day and walked out with more than we bargained for! They even have a deli in here with fresh sandwiches and such. Wine, milk, an other things you may randomly need in a jiffy!

Best fried chicken in the city! Whenever I get that craving for some deep fried goodness, I buy a couple of(cheap) thighs here. Their breading is light and has just the right amount of seasonings. Plus, they seem to be the only place I know that cleans the«guts» from the pieces, so you can eat the whole shebang without worrying about biting into some nasty organs!

i love this place…[close to home] i love the workers…[great sense of humor] i love the spicy kielbasa they sell under the heat lamp… if that doesnt get you to try all their fried food selections and heat lamp specials, then its your loss… great place to go to load up before a long road trip…
