Sent email to this company recently looking for estimate on interior and exterior construction work. Provided details and photos. Didn’t hear anything back. Followed up with a phone call (left VM msg) about a week later. Still no response. FINALLY, after second call within 2 weeks, and reaching Daniel «live», he indicated that he was booked out through the end of the year.
I understand being busy but, out of courtesy, it would be nice to receive some kind of reply to those who take the time to contact a business. Eventually, he’ll need new business and all of the customers that he might have ignored while he was really busy might not be so willing to use his services at that time. :-(
