I’m not really sure how to rate a gas station. I’m a gas snob (meaning, I choose to overpay for gas) so I always go to a Chevron. I have found that this location and the one on Sunset and Rainier offer the best prices. This one doesn’t get too busy, during prime fill up times such as in the morning before work or in the evening after work. The sunset/​rainier location is usually pretty busy.
So, this rating is based on price and ease of access only. Oh yeah, extra bonus is that water and air are free! The Shell across the street charges for air.

I don’t get why the Shell across the street is consistently more expensive than this Chevron. I keep coming here because … well, it’s close and on the way from where I’m usually headed. It’s also cheap for the neighborhood (not as cheap as Arco, but then that’s Arco). I also like the fact that it’s got the Extra Mile convenience store inside. I’ve generally been pretty successful getting ice here on the super busy BBQ weekends when it’s sold out at some grocery stores.
