I had my first Brazilian here with Ebony. She was amazing! I was very nervous about the process and she put my mind at ease. I will definitely be coming back and making appointments with her. I also used a groupon and was able to get an appointment the same day. I would definitely recommend!

I bought the groupon for a Brazilian and they got me in same day. Ebony was amazing! It was my first time and I was so nervous but she made me feel so comfortable. Her technique was super quick and almost painless! I will definitely be going back to Ebony!

I’m not sure if it was the Ibuprofen I took before, but the least painful Brazilian, I have gotten. Quick and painless. She was wonderful, kind, and efficient. I used groupon deal, so that was a nice discount off! Cute salon, nice staff. I’d go again!

I got a groupon to this place for waxing, and I have to say they were very professional and Ebony was great! I was happy with my services.

BRITNI is amazing!!! DENISE is amazing!!! I had the best Brazilian Blowout ever by BRITNI, and the fact that she uses the original BB makes for a beautiful result. In my next visit DENISE did a painless and perfect facial and brow waxing. I went back to DENISE for a wonderful, repairative facial. She always told me what she was putting on my face and how it benefitted my skin. She made suggestions about how I can keep my skin in good health at home, but there were no strong armed sales tactics at all. I would recommend any of the services they offered based on my very satisfying experience.

Having just moved to Renton I was looking for a new place to take care of all my beauty needs. Bianco is a cute little shop in the middle of the«downtown» area. It is very clean and they play good music. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days on Valentine’s weekend, which I know isn’t easy. Everyone at the front desk is nice, and they have intake forms that make sure both you and your aesthetician are prepared for the visit. So now to the actual service: Brazilian wax. I’ve had all kinds of good and bad experiences with waxing, and I have to say this is one of the better ones. Ebony was very sweet and gave me tips on home care. They use two different kinds of soft wax down there. Never double dipped. It was fairly quick and relatively painless. I will say there was a few times she slipped up and it hurt kind of bad, but otherwise great. No leftover residue. It is kind of weird that they give you aloe Vera on a napkin when you’re done, but boy does it feel good after going through all that unpleasantness.

I was doing regular sugaring treatments until ~6 months ago when it just became too difficult to book the woman I wanted my sugaring place.(It’s an inconvenient location otherwise.) I decided to try Bianco when I saw the Groupon. First — this is the quickest and least painful Brazilian I have ever had. It was less painful than the«maintenance» services I would get after just 5 weeks of hair growth. I couldn’t believe it. For me, it’s 1) sanitation 2) pain and everything else is blah, blah, blah… but for the blah, blah, blah part: Linda is very friendly. She asks questions and waxes conservatively until you get what you want. She also cleans up and strays. She’ll also pull ingrown hairs if you want. In addition to the solution you’re given to wipe off excess wax, there is a row of very visible products I’m sure you can ask for if you prefer.(Check them out as you get undressed.) The location is convenient in Downtown Renton with free street parking. I see other people are unhappy with the space but I guess I don’t care.(Did I mention lack of pain? Pretty but painful is NOT might idea of a good compromise.) It seemed perfectly clean, if not bright and shiny(Also, a place can be all white and pink and bright and smell of lavender and still unsanitary.) I never saw her double dip a stick. I didn’t have any more wax left over than usual. Overall a good experience.

This was my second visit with a groupon. The first visit was ok — stained sheet, torn-up paper covering. The Brazilian was ok — technician was skilled. The room, in addition to the stained bed sheets, seemed dirty. Ok, I will try it again. Visit#2. Again, the room seemed dirty. The bed was old and rickety. It had to be held so it didn’t flip or move and dump the client on the floor. This was a different technician. The floor– ick. It needed to be cleaned. There were dust bunnies under the chairs. Worst — there was small pieces of flicked off wax on the floor. Finally — wax was left on me — double ick! I wouldn’t go back.

I have been going to Bianco and Co for about a year for massages. Wendi is awesome. I had been in a bad car accident and have quite a few pain issues. After explaining my situation, took it from there. She does a wonderful job. I have yet to be disappointed. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Had an awesome waxing experience with Denise. After being burned by multiple ladies from different salons I was very nervous and hesitant to try again. I have very sensitive skin and usually just pluck my own eyebrows but I needed the fuzzy hairs gone. Denise reassured me that she would use gentle wax and oil on me so I wouldn’t have that problem again. She tested a small area at a time and went slow. It didn’t hurt one bit and I didn’t get burned or have any irritation. My eyebrows look amazing and I will be returning :) very clean and cute salon too. Can’t wait to come back!

I’ve had a few services here. The salon is in a great location and it’s also very convenient for me to get to. The staff has always been nice and courteous. It’s easy to get an appointment. Nails: I’ve had my nails done here multiple times. They’ve always turned out beautiful and the woman who did them was very sweet. It’s been a couple years since I got my nails done, but if the nail tech I used to see is still there, I highly, highly recommend her! Hair: Ugh. No. Just no. I paid almost $ 200 to get my haircut and ombred here and the while the ombré is pretty good, the actual cut is shit. It’s uneven, chunky and looks like someone just randomly selected pieces to chop off. I got my hair cut here over a month ago and I thought it would grow out and get a little bit better. Nope. I’m so disappointed. I definitely won’t get my hair cut here ever again. Also, while the ombré did turn out pretty good, I feel like I was overcharged. They were offering a partial foil and haircut deal for $ 99 on their website. While usually an ombré is more work, mine definitely wasn’t. I had about a years worth of grow out and just needed my roots and grow out blended better. All she did was blend them. She probably used LESS product and didn’t use any foils. Oh, I forgot to mention that there is also one spot that turned out a little leopard-like, but I’m too afraid to go back to have her fix the ombré or the haircut. So, do nails here… don’t do hair here. I think the stylist I used needs some more training.

This is the only place I go for my brazilian wax. The spa is quaint, clean, with great customer service. The prices are very competitive and I highly recommend this salon. I would look online to find deals as they often have groupon/living social offers and ongoing deals on their website. Make reservations early as they book up very fast.

Can I just say Britni is the QUEEN of doing blonde hair! I’ve been getting my hair foiled for years, and she blew me away! Usually, I’m never fully satisfied with the way stylists style my hair after the cut and foil, but Britni has the magic touch. I seriously feel like I have Victoria Secret hair after she is finished. The salon uses Kevin Murphy products and the blonde angel smells amazing and really works well. Britni also is an Esthetician and gave me an awesome facial the first time I went to the salon. I am so, so happy I took a chance on Britni. She is beyond amazing! Great selection of Dermalogica products too. Give yourself a bit of extra time before your appointment, as there is only street parking available.

Every stylist I have ever had in the Seattle area has left or moved else where. Its happened twice already and I didn’t want to go to Gene Juarez in Bellevue. After searching and asking around for a good stylist that deals with enthic asian hair I was recommended to go see Hailey. She is great, she takes the the to listen and get to know you not just as a client but as a person. She is attentive and professional. I love the cut she gave me, and is really a great colorist. She highlighted my hair and with football season around the corner I can’t wait to try a different color.

WAXERSBEWARE WARNING: UNSANITARYCONDITIONS!!! Brazillian Wax = INFECTION!!! WAXERSBEWARE WARNING: UNSANITARYCONDITIONS!!! Brazillian Wax = INFECTION!!! WAXERSBEWARE WARNING: UNSANITARYCONDITIONS!!! Brazillian Wax = INFECTION!!! Came here on vacation Fourth of July weekend. First Brazilian wax Ever. Even as a novice I knew my waxer Linda was not doing the proper protocol. WAXERSBEWARE WARNING: UNSANITARYCONDITIONS!!! Brazillian Wax = INFECTION!!! 1) Double dipped. No new wax used. She uses the a Tongue depressor but dipped in a wax that had been sitting and I assumed Used all day. 2) There was no pre trim. Once she found out it was my first time she seemed to be relieved that she didn’t have to be up to the general protocol. She just threw the wax on, blatantly ignoring the discomfort she was causing that could have easily avoided with a quick trim of the longer areas. 3) I bleed after several different pulls. Lastly I am currently dealing with an infection I contracted from the process. NOTWORTHIT I give this place one star simply because the only thing I gained from the experience is what Not to pay for. WAXERSBEWARE WARNING: UNSANITARYCONDITIONS!!! Brazillian Wax = INFECTION!!!

I come to see Denise and she is the sweetest person I think I have ever met. And the staff is just as sweet. The salon constantly has in house specials with the intent to «treat yo’self». Parking is on the street so plan accordingly. Weekday mornings are easy.

I am only taking off one star because of one bad experience I had. I have been getting Brazilian waxes there for almost a year I think. They have been wonderful, but I had one bad one that left me almost in tears. This incident also left me with a great deal of wax left over, which was kinda gross(minus one more star). Other then that, I did try them again and the $ 99 for 3 at a time is such a great deal. I am glad I went back after my one negative experience. I want to mention I also switched the esthetician I see regularly for the one with the bad experience.

*Warning this review may be a little graphic/awks* I made an appointment for a Brazilian wax with the deal I bought on Groupon and was able to come in just a couple hours I called them, which was nice! The receptionist was sweet and easy to talk to. My waxer was Linda, a nice, older Asian lady. We honestly had a lot to talk about right off the bat and the conversation was nice, and she made the process as normal as possible. So I’ve been getting waxes for 3 years and this place was the least painful and quickest I’ve been to. In the end, the job was done and everything is just the way I like it down under. However: 1. The«waxing» room seemed like a broom closet and was a little dim/messy. The hand towel provided on the table had OLD wax on it. Disgusting! 2. Linda used 2 different kinds of hot waxes. One for the outer areas and one for the inner. I wish she told me what she was doing because it caught me by surprise. 3. At the end of the wax, she handed me a PAPER towel with aloe vera on it? Is that even safe to be putting near those areas? I’m used to my old waxing lady who gave me shea butter and a hot wash cloth. This was insufficient for what I had to clean off because: 4. There was SO much leftover wax left on me! It was everywhere! Even inside my lady parts which is so unsanitary! I raced home and got myself cleaned up ASAP! 5. Not really a complaint but she put me in some STRANGE positions… I’ll just leave it at that. I really liked the salon and the ladies but if I’m thinking about the wellbeing of myself and my body, I would not come back and would not recommend waxes to anybody else. For the amount I paid($ 29 via groupon) I guess it’s okay, but I am still in search of a regular wax spot.

I went to Heather for a Brazilian wax after purchasing a deal on Groupon. It was my first Brazilian ever, so I don’t have anything to compare it to, but she made the process more comfortable and helped ease my mind. She was helpful at explaining the process before and answered all the questions I had. I felt that she was very professional. She made good conversation while trying to distract me from the waxing part. The waxing was a little painful(obviously) but not as bad as I thought it would be. I was in and out very quickly and I will be back! A side note, make sure you get there early as it is street parking only!
