Kevin is a wonderful, thorough, patient and honest inspector. It’s not common to find a person who is both skilled with the practical things in life and communication. Kevin is one of those people. His knowledge helped us avoid a beautiful, charming house that was an absolute disaster under its façade and helped us understand the amount of work needed for another house that we ended up buying. We really appreciated that he never offered an opinion or bias, he just gave us the facts. We are now 2 months into home ownership, and everything he has said has been spot on. We have referred to his inspection report again and again, which is very specific, complete with photos and color coding to emphasize priority levels. Home owning and renovation are very costly, and knowing what you are getting into makes all the difference in the world. We are so grateful to Kevin for his attention to detail and thorough understanding of all the components that make up a house, he is truly a master. He even gave us a discount for his second time giving us a inspection, which was a real life saver for us, it was very kind. Kevin did an amazing job on our new home inspection. His work was thorough and he explained everything clearly and pointed out needed repairs in person while also providing a printed report for our referral. He even came back on short notice just before he was leaving for vacation to double check repair work that was done. Best of all, he did this check free of charge. Kevin is a very nice gentleman who does quality work.
