This is the absolute worst Walmart I’ve been too. They were selling an entertainment center in store for almost $ 300 and when I checked online it was $ 240. My boyfriend works for Walmart so he gets a discount that brought it to $ 230 with shipping and tax online. But we wouldn’t be able to get it for three weeks with store pickup. But since we knew they had them in stock my boyfriend called and asked if we could get the price plus his discount honored and they said yes. So that night we went in. First off we couldn’t lift the damn thing off the shelf so we asked for carry-out help. Literally 30 minutes and 2 pages over the intercom later nobody comes. So we call my mom to help us hoist it on top of a cart, awkwardly. We get to the front and they honor their website price but not his discount. They refuse. We tell them to next time make sure that wires are not crossed because someone in the back doesn’t know what they’re talking about. Mind you, the front end supervisor also took like another 30 minutes just to get to the check stand we were at. We tell them about how nobody came to help us even after two pages. Same thing, nothing they can do. So we tell them to take it off, we’ll order it online. Hands-down worst customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. I’ve never been one to complain considering I work in retail and know how it is, but this was ridiculous. Get your sh** together Walmart.

This walmart is better than some but the selection and keeping in stock of merchandise is lacking. Service is very slow.

I don’t come to Walmart for my grocery shopping because I want to be at Walmart. I come to Walmart to grocery shop because it’s close to where I live, and cheaper than the Safeway right around the corner. With that being said let me start off this review telling you a few basic things that I have noticed. If you come before 8 am it’s not busy. If you go after 9 pm it’s not busy. Any time between then? It’s busy. I’ve never had a bad experience with a worker there. I’ve only experienced good customer service, and that’s including the cashiers. As I said before if you go between 8 am and 9 pm you have to expect lines. It’s the unfortunate truth of Walmart, they never staff enough cashiers for the amount of business they get. I say this next part very seriously and please don’t take it with a grain of salt: DONTTRUSTTHEPRODUCE. No matter how normal it looks, it isn’t. I’ve never been able to find actual fresh, good looking produce here. This is where it’s nice that there is a Safeway right around the corner that stocks fresh produce! Also, never return an item unless you have an hour to spare waiting in line!

Great prices for cat litter and for sweat pants. I would have rated it higher but I don’t like it that Walmart drives local businesses out of town. Usually there is a long line but it was Sunday at about 11:30am and we got in and out quickly with the self-check-out line. Parking is always a struggle here so be prepared to walk through the parking lot and beware of the cars traveling in front of the doorway. Near several shopping centers and fast food dining places in the Mae Anne area.

Average Walmart. There was a spill that set there for the entire 30 minutes with paper towels over it, but that’s just laziness and doesn’t take away from the overall store. Everything was clean, organized and in stock. I used self checkout and didn’t need any assistance.

In order to visit a Walmart, one must not be in a hurry. There will always be a line, and there will always be «those people» that will be in your way if you are. Knowing this, I always allow an hour for my weekly visit of grocery/sundries shopping. In general, everything from staff service to their stock on hand is hit or miss. Sometimes the staff is helpful and nice, and about as often they are not and really just a hinder in the shopping experience. There is nothing special about this store, but I do like that the parking lot and location have easy access and exit points from the main street. oh, and there are two red box stations at this store(one at each entrance).

I get it… a lot of people have a bad image of Walmart, white trash shops there, Welfare World, dirty etc but not the Walmart on w 7th. I’m a morning person so I’m there between 7:30−8am to do my big shopping. The store is clean, stocked and plenty of staff available. Sometimes I question their produce… but they have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They have the savings catcher… gives YOU money back if they find any items you bought at any other store cheaper than what they priced it at, that’s their regular price, not what u paid if u use coupons so DOUBLE rewards. They have improved their selection of healthy food, and gluten free options… They still need to have more check lanes open but that early in the AM, isn’t a big deal for me. They want to be tops and they are taking great strides to do it. Don’t hate

I shop here a few times a week. Certain departments are awesome! The people who work in the gardening and sporting goods all are much help and very nice! A few things to watch out for: You can’t expect much for wal mart oil changes, they stripped my drain bolt. And a lot lot of their tools are missing pieces

Oil changing service sucks! Waited an hour… doesn’t seem too long, I guess. my car rolled into the bay and sat there for another hour, the hood never opened. This was on a Saturday afternoon around 2p. I asked what the delay was, but never got a good answer. The guy at the counter mumbled«why does everyone come at the same time». Well the same time or not, my question is «why does it take so long just to change the oil?» There was 1 car in the bay when I drove up. I will never go to Walmart for an oil change again. Why would they staff so little Lubers on a Sat?

So occasionally you run into something that is better than anticipated but it is still honestly where that place is the best of the bad that i have been too… thus they are average with the real world… surprisingly enough, I actually got an itty bit of customer service here… O_O Regardless of that this place is nothing special. It is the average expectation that I have of every store and they barely made it to average. None the less, the sporting goods/gun dept allowed me to pick up some ammo for my shotgun and unfortunately had zero .22’s and none coming in that we could figure out on any random timeline. I wish they did I would have bought as many bricks as I could have. None the less this store still had stuff from every department left haphazardly around the entire place. Seriously I don’t think I have been to a single walmart that ever cleaned up all of the random drop offs during the day. *shrugs* At least the folks in sporting goods were helpful and had a smile on their faces. Talk about a unicorn at a wallyworld… =) Shop here if you dare haha

Went again on Saturday, and again… incredibly HORRIBLE long lines. We waited over 45 minutes. Might be time to find another Walmart to shop at.

Probably would not have posted this had it not been for the blonde manager who said«Walmart doesn’t appreciate you taking pictures of the long lines.» Seriously? I was just taking a photo so I could text my wife and let her know the AVERAGECHECKOUTTIMEONSUNDAYSEPTEMBER27th at 12:30 in the afternoon was over 25 minutes! They only had 8 of the 20 registers open. And we got out easy as the lines kept increasing in size(some lines had almost 30 carts in them)! Not only is this place poorly managed, even by Walmart standards, but the staff was lazy, multiple supervisor/managers standing around watching instead of helping, and rude. I was instantly reminded just how much it is worth it to spend a little more and go to target!

Not a huge fan of Wal Mart, but came in before heading to Burning Man. Got what I needed, slept in the parking lot, and met some burners who were ready to party! Ill probably come back when heading to BRC again. Didn’t have everything I needed, but at least they were open late!

DONOTGETANYTHINGFROMTHEDELI! I wish I could have gotten a picture. But I was so disgusted I had to leave the area. I went to get some cold cut pastrami. but while we were waiting we noticed how disgusting the meat cutter was. I’m not talking about a little mess, no. There was a full pan of standing meat water underneath it. I’m sure they don’t clean it every time they switch meats, but for it to be full of nasty meat juice, I’m sure it wasn’t cleaned since the beginning of that shift. It was so full it was running over. I’ve worked in food for a good six years. This was not sanitary. To make matters worse there was opened meats from previous customers just sitting out in room temperature. Literally on top of this meat water pan. I Cannot stress enough how much you can get sick from this.

I hate it when pretentious people say they REFUSE to shop at Walmart. Like, oh GOD no, the place with people not up to my standard of beauty and class? Where hobos unite? I’ve never had anything weird happen to me at Walmart, except for at night, because nothing good happens after 2 a. m…according to the guy from HIMYM. But seriously? The people there are the same kind of people I see everywhere else. Calm yeeself. If you choose not to shop at Walmart because you don’t want to, that’s fine, but it *is* cheaper for a reason. You don’t rage when McDonalds doesn’t use grade A beef. What else do you need to know? You should know what a Walmart looks like. It’s a LOT cleaner and more organized than most of the Walmarts I’ve been in, so trust me, you got it good. Things are cheap. Some food is questionable. There are self-checkout lanes if you want to be antisocial. The abandoned teddy bear may throw all the validity I’m trying to bestow Walmart out the window, though. Who the hell leaves a teddy bear at Walmart? Did an angry parent decide to punish their child by making them leave their monster-keeper-awayer in the baking aisle? Did a drug deal go down wrong and some kid panicked and decided to leave their weed in a teddy bear in the middle of Walmart?

Walmart at Damonte in Reno. The service is getting worse and worse and worse! I was checking out three mini-rolls and she help me key it in. It came out $.96 a piece. I said the sign says $.32. She can not change the computer. I asked her to call the supervisor. She will not call the supervisor. She said if I don’t want it, I can leave it. WHATKINDOFANSWERISTHAT? We argue back and forth. Walmart what is your procedure when this happens? I have to leave the bag. The other day I bought 7 distilled water for refill. The woman at the checkout says«8»,“4″. She said it twice. I asked, «What do you mean 8,4?» because I have no idea what she is saying. I told her it is $.37 cents each gallon. She took her scan gun and scanned the bottle. I said No this is refill. I said«I did not tell her it is refill». Isn’t her job to know? Walmart where are you getting your people? Why are you hiring people who barely speaks English? Why are you not training them more? I HAVEHADIT. I AMNOTGOINGBACKTOWALMARTEVER.

Its tough shopping but you have to have this store! I think Sam Walmart thought that Americans needed more exercise. You can walk your legs off in this store.

I hate Walmart. I always have. That being said, this is pretty much what I expect from Walmart — no better, no worse. I needed to buy ankle weights to help increase the resistance when doing my physical therapy exercises. My therapist recommended getting something cheap at Walmart. The staff were helpful in at least getting me pointed in the right direction to find what I needed. Why is it that no matter WHAT you need it Walmart it is ALWAYS in the farthest possible direction from the door you came in? This store is HUGE and the aisles seem less crowded and confining. It also was fairly clean. The checkout lines were, as usual, slow and long. Again, what I have come to expect from Walmart. The best thing I can say is that it was not at all crowded when we were there — they were all waiting in the checkout lines. So — I guess having low expectations helps in writing a fair review. This Walmart is OK.

I, too, have seen worse where Walmart is concerned. I could never bring myself to give more than three stars to a Walmart in general, so this one falls on the top of my list actually. It is laid out very well and fairly clean, with decent staff. My biggest complaint is that their night time restocking crew has absolutely zero regard for customers. Luckily the store is mostly vacant then. Followed by the common issue of a lack of open registers, of course. Overall, if you can handle Walmarts, this one won’t upset you too much.

I’ve seen worse. This Walmart is organized, spacious, and has everything a simple person could ask for and more. There is a deli, bakery, redbox, pharmacy, groceries, its like a super– Walmart. It’s close to other places and the prices are always great. The service is not bad.
