I went to the office for my initial visit, having blood in my urine. I found the nurse to be ice cold, unfriendly, and not compassionate. when people are scared because they don’t feel good and don’t know the cause, I would think you’d be extra patient and kind. I will never return.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeremy Reichert for a little over two years. He is really knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and has been good for my health. I have had other doctors who have ended up causing more problems than they solved since I am prone to getting infections extremely easily if everything isn’t going just right. Dr. Reichert has kept me healthy in this department. I would give him personally a 5. The«gate keepers» aka the front desk people and those answering the phones usually seem to be on a mission to keep the patients away from the doctors as much as possible unless you have had a long enough wait. When it is not an emergency, that isn’t necessarily a problem. When you know you have an infection or other problem and you do not want to chance things with Urgent Care and would rather see your doctor who knows your history, etc… that can be a problem. Fortunately for me today, after trying to stress the urgency of my situation(knowing I have an infection and no, I can’t wait a week or two…) the lady on the phone offered to give a note to the doctor’s nurse. That worked out for me and I got squeezed in(probably after looking at my record of so many severe issues in the past or something). The front desk people as a whole would get about a 2 and sometimes a 1 ½. It should be noted though that while I am personally at the office, the people out at the desks seem competent and relatively friendly. While doing that portion of their job, I would give them a 3. Most of the nurses would get probably a 4. The bottom line here for me is that I feel extremely confident being under the care of Dr. Jeremy Reichert. It is worth it to me to have to jump through a few hoops from time to time. I wish it wasn’t that way, but you cannot always have everything you want.

I went in for my first appointment today. I was told to check in 30 minutes before my appointment. I did, then I proceeded to wait more than one hour with no acknowledgement.(I was giving them the benefit of the doubt because they seemed busy). After almost an hour and 20 minutes of waiting(30 min past my appointment) I went up to ask about my appointment and the woman told me it could be up to another half hour before I saw the doc. I rescheduled another appointment but if I can help it I will find a alternative place to go. Needless to say I left very disappointed and frustrated with the service this place provided me today.

After this place was a big story in the news, I said to myself«I’m not ever going there.» Well guess what, its pretty much my only option. The only other urologists that accept my insurance are children’s urology or WAY on the other side of town; an hour drive for me. The visit itself wasn’t too bad. I saw Jeremy, the PA. Nice guy. Issues addressed. questions answered. You are only important to them if you’re right there in the office. I had a follow up question about the prescription i got. ONEQUESTION. I called to see if Jeremy could answer it. I was told that he was far too busy, and if I wanted an answer to my question, I’d have to schedule an appointment. I thought people became doctors to help others. Apparently, I was wrong.
