My work has been using Tripp Plastics for at least four years for our office door plates. Granted, although this isn’t a big order, we change titles frequently enough that I have to order from them a few times a year. I’ve called in orders as well as sent emails, and I’ve never experienced any issues with them at all. Their staff are pleasant and extremely prompt! I placed an order for new door plates on Thursday and they were ready yesterday(Tuesday). There was once an occasion where one of our staff members had a title misspelled and they worked with us on getting a new plate without charging full price on the second order, even though it had been our mistake. The office is right off of Greg St. and they have a nice showroom for you to look through some of the items they can make for you.

They actually put this on the quote I got a half month later. «At Tripp Enterprises our customers are our most valued asset .» HHHhhhhahhhaaaaaa!!! Heres mine«AT Tripp Enterprises our customers are Trapped in hopes of a great price» Thinking I was going to get a smoking good deal, hhhaaaaa, Slap my lap!!! I called on 3÷24÷15 after multiple calls of me actually«begging» to get someone to get back to me, waiting for e-mail responses that rarely if ever came, multiple e-mails from me trying to get them to respond and then me calling again, and again to remind them that«I existed» and had deadlines to meet for my opening, of which they made me feel like they could care less” Buzzzzzzz… Swat away. I have never ever tried so hard; too give my money to someone, who could care less… Seriously WTF? I even pulled out the Unilocal card and said, I am a Unilocaler and I’m hoping that I can say positive things??? dahhhhhh… Can you please respond … Nope could care less, evidently… Truthfully I did start working with a rep there but it was pointless and she was helpless /useless in the end. She did seem like a nice person but that doesn’t get me anything and she got nicer I think after I mentioned I was a Unilocaler… WOW!!! I just got a price quote for the job today 4÷7÷15 Let’s see that’s… hmmmm… counting, counting… WTF??? HALF A MONTHLATER!!! Lets see, I did contact several other vendors and the longest took, mind you maybe one or two e-mail or one call about 72 hours on average, worse case. Best case and who I ended up choosing yesterday!!! Only took 3 hours to respond to my request for a quote… yup that’s right!!! I said 3 hours to respond by e-mail. He even … dare I say… Ask me some more questions about what I had in mind and suggested some AWESOME ideas I didn’t even know were possible, or at least didn’t occur to me for my budget range! Wow… But like the lottery and being a moron, I said I needed to wait to hear back from this«one» vendor hoping for an awesome magical price, like a pony that farts rainbows… A HALFMONTHLATER!!! And I got it the day after I caved in and went with the original guy, of course he became super busy and said he might need more time now but understood my needs and would get it done as soon as possible. Average wait is 14 – 30 days!!! Haaaa you mean had I not waited on TE TRIPPs. «TIMETRAP». I might actually be having my sign installed today instead of jack shabuzzle!!! BREAKDOWN: SERVICE: –3 out of 10ABSOLUTELYTERRIBLE!!! I have never given a negative number in my reviews, «EVER»??? SALESREP: 4 and that’s being kind to be truthful. I’m not going to use her name but she seemed lost, at times, scattered etc. Mind you I called and e-mailed multiple times We were practically drinking buddies. Heck I remember once begging the phone receptionist to please leave me on hold, I really need to speak with her, she never calls me back!!! Lol«Seriously true» PRICE: Very good 8 but I’m not sure if that’s because they knew I was going to post a Unilocal review. Im guessing some guy on an old mule very slowly rode to the headmaster which took one week across the building assembly plant and explained the situation and what Unilocal was, and he got an answer then walked… his mule back that took the other week and. eee yup we can do it for this. WARNING: Price difference was marginal, Not worth the wait and I have no doubt based on my experience I probably wouldn’t get the sign for months from now. The one good thing I did today was put my 50% deposit down on the first guy I called«A true Artisan» you can search my reviews, Ill post it once I see the new sign and who it was. BOTTOMLINE: ‘You get what you pay” Sometime being cheap is not saving anything at all and unless you plan on opening your store next year,… I wouldn’t give TE Tripp enterprises a call.
