The Vitamin Shoppe

They’ve got a great selection and great prices, but I’ll take my business elsewhere after this afternoon’s visit.
While I was checking out, an older lady was asking for help reaching a product that she couldn’t reach. The young guys behind the desk were adamant that the product was not there. The woman walked over to the employee looking for it and pointed it out. As she did that, the guys still working behind the counter rolled their eyes at her in front of myself and other customers. They also acted incredibly rude when she asked for a price match. C’mon guys! If that was you’re grandma, would you want someone to treat her that way?
Customer service goes a long way. For me, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I’m willing to pay a little more for a better experience!

I was impressed by the selection and prices but we received zero customer service. No one offered to help us or even greeted us when we came in.

A nice young man named Noah helped me pick out a preworkout. After that i went to the gym and was swole everywhere nam sayin? Arms pumped like a trucker with 5 mothers. Shoutout to Noah for the great customer service and sick pump.

So unimpressed by the customer service here! I went in her with a friend of mine who likes to purchase his supplements for weight lifting okay no biggie, upon walking in there were 3 employees working it was a Friday night about 3 weeks ago nobody even acknowledge use! (They weren’t even very busy, customer browsing but they weren’t helping anyone!)
I had been reading about essential oils & thought maybe I’d check some out I grabbed a grapefruit oil & a bottle of castor oil & went to the register to pay!
So an old gray haired lady calls me over & I let her know I can’t seem to locate my vitamin shop card her her response oh you have a card! Yes I do i respond then I ask I received something in the mail from vitamin shop do I’ve to bring it in or can they just load it to my card? She remarks I don’t know what your saying or understand you! Excuse me I’m just asking about the voucher I received from your company she looks @ another sales employee & in mid sale walks away! REALLY. .where’s your customer service unpleasant lady such a BEOTCH, yes I was extremely appalled, the other sales clerk wouldn’t tell me her name whatever I thought, I really shouldn’t have finished my transaction just walked away also! I just can’t ever see treating a customer like this I can see not arguing with them but I was being nice & asking a question! Hey lady get a personality, or maybe it’s time to retire your not cut out for customer service anymore!

One of our favorite places to go for dinner and to relax. We usually go right before the dinner rush, usually not very busy. The building itself is pretty neat. They brew their beer right next store. And it is suitable for children, they even have an area where you can get popcorn for the kids while waiting, I believe it is free. The staff is friendly and efficient, we have not yet experienced an issue with our waitress. The food is pretty basic but good. Nothing fancy but is satisfying for what you pay for. I love their beer. Worth a try.

Great place to buy certain vitamins with a nice variety. I couldn’t pronounce some product I was looking for and not one but TWO nice staff ladies came over and both helped me find what I was looking for. Thanks!

This I for the fact the allowed me to return a defective product with no hassle. Yes, it is a supplement/​vitamin store, but customer service is always the most important.

Been there twice in the last month. It’s a nice little store with a very good selection of nutritional supplements. I go there mostly for bodybuilding products and they carry many of the popular brands. Both times I’ve been there we’ve gotten service within 2 – 3 minutes of browsing around and the staff has been helpful and courteous. The price of products tend to be on the side of expensive. However, they have a house brand which seems to offer some pretty high quality and it’s reasonably priced without being cheap. For the convenience of buying stuff quickly, and a good selection product, you’re sacrificing price a little bit, but I still like this place.

This store does not honor Vitamin Shoppe national sales. They say they are a «pilot store» (Maybe their code name for franchise?). If you push them on it and have documentation they will make you wait about 45 minutes while lecturing you on how they are «helping you out» and will refund the overcharge.
Quite frankly, the store is not that great for all the hassle. Employees stand around and chat each other up while ignoring customers. I agree with another reviewer who says you can get better prices — and much better service elsewhere. If you really want something from the Vitamin Shoppe brand you are probably better off ordering it off the Internet.
This does does not honor the member card discounts, either. FYI. I have one.

This place is a-​ok, just like it says. I didn’t have any issues with the customer service – they were perfectly helpful friendly to me. Good selection of vitamins and supplements, but the prices are not the best. You can get a few good deals if you look for sales, but otherwise, you’re going to be paying more than you would online or in other spots.

Run of the mill supplement store. Not bad… not necessarily good.
