His Office Is Amazing, Relaxing And Wonderful! His Office Girl Was Wonderful Too! I Can’t Wait To Go Back! I Will Be Referring Everyone I Know!

I was suffering with very painful and debilitating tennis elbow for about 3 months. I had lost hope on getting it healed. Like most people, I was skeptical. But, after two visits I am now feeling 95% better and have confidence in my ability to use my elbow/​arm without worrying about the pain. I can now work at my job and work out at the gym like I used to. Getting the acupuncture treatments really worked! I will be referring all the people in my life to this place if they ever need any treatments. Do yourself a favor and just make an appointment!

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Joey! I have never tried acupuncture before, and I have to admit, was very skeptical, but I had tried everything short of surgery for injuries that I received from a car wreck. My ankle had almost no mobility in it, I was unsteady on my feet, hip hurt. it is hard to explain, but I was having a very hard time! Well, went to Symmetry yesterday evening, and I am already feeling so much better! I can move my ankle, move with more assurance. I am just amazed! I even walked across the street when I didn’t have to. that might not sound like much, but when you are unsteady on your feet, it really is, and I have avoided walking outside whenever I can. not now. maybe not ready for a hike yet, but soon! Thank-​you, Symmetry. I am looking forward to my next appointment!

I have turned to Symmetry, aka Joey, for two separate issues. Both were resolved after two visits. Joey’s knowledge and confident manner are impressive from the first moments there. As a bonus, he has a playful and warm personality. I always laugh while I’m healing… not a bad scenario! I’ve recommended Joey to several people, and all have had positive experiences. He’s the real deal. Don’t hesitate. Go!

I had never tried acupuncture before seeing Joey but, now I can say I’m a seasoned vet.
My first visit was absolutely amazing, it was like Joey knew all my physical woes and who I was without ever meeting me. A friend of mine set me up to go see him because I had been having extremely bad pain in my arms, hands and wrists. While talking to me about that, Joey asked if my hands and feet were always cold… how did he know?!? He said he’d take care of that too. While my neck was being treated, he asked if i also had lower back pain… how did he know?!? Joey again said he’d take care of that. I walked out of my first visit completely pain free and my circulation has never been better.
My second visit was to reduce stress in my neck and shoulders. Joey again was fantastic and professional and took care of my stress.
I could elaborate more on how awesome, caring and magical Joey is but, trust me you want to see for yourself.

I went to Dr. Joey a week ago. This was my first experience with acupuncture. As I was laying on the table, I remembered that I had a needle phobia (shots, blood tests, etc.) and perhaps this wasn’t the greatest idea. However, I pulled it together and, really, the needles he uses are pretty small and his approach makes you feel calm. The experience was very soothing and relaxing. I felt very energized the next few days, until I was flattened by a migraine. He does a great job of explaining thing and seems more interested in helping you. I intend to return and to make this a regular thing.

I found Dr. Joey accidentally but now I know it happened for a reason. He is the most positive, healthful, amazing person. My son is working through a difficult health issue and Dr. Joey is the catalyst for the healing process. Everyone in his office has a miracle story. Just go to him.

I have luckily been in good health for all of my 46 yrs. of life and never had any sort of health or pain issues. After being in a rollover car accident a yr. ago, I dislocated my shoulder & suffered a neck injury. I have never experienced pain & discomfort & now understand the true meaning of PAIN & discomfort & how miserable it makes your life!!! That WAS until I discovered Dr. Joey!!! OMG!!! He is a true «Miracle Worker»!!! He absolutely saved my life in more ways than one!!! Not only was he able to completely cure my hot flashes (which are not fun either!) but he has completely cured my neck pain (FIRST VISIT!!!) & is just fantastic at accommodating your every need!!! I will never see a traditional Dr. again!!! I know that any ailment that may arise, he will be able to cure with just a few needles!!! LOL! The office is very relaxing & the treatment itself is NOT painful in any way whatsoever! It’s actually a nice treat! He also treated me for stress & anxiety while I was opening my new business & I can honestly say, I’m the happiest & feel absolutely no stress at all since seeing him!!! Please give him a try before trying anything OR anyone else!!! I promise, you will NOT be disappointed!!! BEST DR. I’ve EVER seen!!!

Dr. Rueckl does amazing work! His office is really relaxing and in a good location on Mt. Rose St. I had terrible back pain and in one treatment, my pain was almost gone. Since then, I have recommended my friends and family to see him. He cured my grandma’s restless leg syndrome in 3 treatments, my mom’s digestive issue, and my girlfriend’s menstrual cramps. This guy is fantastic! He is the only doctor of oriental medicine in town that has a full selection of raw herbs. Go see him and get better.

We are still new to the Reno area and when looking to find an acupuncturist, I went to Unilocal,which led me and my husband to Symmetry Acupuncture. Dr. Rueckl is amazing. The office is very calm and relaxing as so is he. I had never had acupuncture before and am terrified of needles. Crazy thing is, I was SO relaxed my fear of needles was non-​existent once there.
I know I have a journey ahead of me and look forward to my and husband’s visits at Symmetry Acupuncture. If you are looking for results from a expert in Chinese Medicine, look no further!

Dr. Rueckl is phenomenal! The atmosphere here is inviting and harmonizing, and definitely puts you into a relaxed state immediately. I tore my knee, and was in intense sharp, constant pain. After about 4 treatments with Dr. Ruckel and herbs for pain, my knee is nearly healed! He is super friendly and actually takes time with his patients to get to understand what is going on with them, in order to help them heal to the best of his abilities. I have been feeling incredible since seeing Dr. Rueckl, and will continue to get work done with him.
