Completely horrible. My brother was told to check in at 5:30am. We arrived on time and have been in the lobby for 2 hours. When I asked the front desk for a status, she told me she just arrived and couldn’t provide a status and I would need to check with another employee when she came back. She did say that it’s typical to have patients arrive 2 hours in advance and sit in the lobby. Completely ridiculous to have people up early to sit in a lobby. Let the patient sleep longer since they cannot eat or drink anything. Horrible customer service.

My husband had surgery here and while the Drs. office(Dr. Mark Kozar) told us to arrive at 5:45 am and the building does NOT even open until 6:00 am. the process was quick and nurse Valerie totally ROCKS! She made our visit very pleasant and she made sure we understood everything before we left. The office is nice and clean and they have a decent cup of coffee too!
