There were no dogs at the dog park today so I decided to check this place out since I read that people take their dogs here. The playground is very nice and looks fairly clean. The structure looks like it is in good condition too. There is a basketball court and a circuit area for working out. There are also bathrooms on site, which were closed during winter. The playground isn’t fenced and is very close to the street so doggy had to be leashed during this outing. I saw a lot of poop on the outskirts of the playground. I did not see any provided poop bags so bring your own. There was no one at the playground so I couldn’t help myself. Doggy and I climbed up to the top of the playground and came down the slide! Pretty nice playground for kids but not sure about playtime for the dog. It was windy at the playground today.

My puppy is in love with this park! We have to go and play fetch every time I take him for a walk near it. Big, open fields that are great for playing with your dogs or kids!

Fun little park near our complex. Nice views & clean. Dogs are allowed here. There is a nice grassy area, horseshoe pits, a playground, basketball court, and lots of benches to sit and relax.

Very nice park with several play areas, basketball court, walking paths, a fitness area & horseshoe pit. Covered gazebo with built-in grills alongside. Graffiti was at a minimum(on ground inside gazebo seating area), which may be due to the close proximity of decent homes. A very pleasant surprise. Lots of grassy areas, some goose poop &(as usual), doggie poop from those who don’t clean up after their pets. Other than those small issues, it was pristine as far as trash or debris. Nice, quiet area. The playground areas were well appointed, with even a mini waterspout play area for those dog days of summer. Restrooms had a sign saying they were closed for the winter. No pool or river access. Wonderful view of downtown & great sunset skies!

I couldn’t ask for much more in a neighborhood park. This one has large sprawling grass hills with trees and foilage, surrounding a really great playground for kids of all ages. One side has a small, toddler sized jungle gym with slides, a tunnel, tic tac toe, and animal and planet spinners in several languages. This side has baby swings, and the other has standard ones as well as your average tall jungle gym. There’s also a play«jeep,» playhouse, and water park of sorts. Around the edges of the park are a basketball court, horseshoes, parcourse activities, and a winding sidewalk with benches.

Great little small park. Has great grassy area to play in, along with new equipment for children. They even have a small waterpark area for the summer. Great dark park, and most owners take care of their pets. There is also a parcourse spot, which you can actually follow all around the summit ridge are– if you follow the trail up by the Boulders Apartment Complex.

I never even knew this park was hidden away up here in the Summit Ridge area until today. It’s easy to never go up this way if you don’t live up there. I’m glad I found it, though, because this is really a nice park. It’s quite big for a residential-area park, with lots of grassy open areas and some walking trails. The playground here is REALLY nice with equipment for both younger and older kids. In the summer the kids can cool off in the sprinkler-like water-play section. There is a great pavilion near the playground with nice, big concrete tables. In other areas of the park are basketball courts, horseshoe pits, and exercise equipment. The one detraction(and the reason for the loss of the star) is the weather up here. The wind howls over the ridge fiercely, making this a really unpleasant place to be on all but fair-weather days.
