One employee working at a snail’s pace. There are probably 10 parties in line and several people are leaving due to the wait. Obviously, this Subway is poorly managed.

A Subway is a Subway, but we were appalled that there were 15 people in line with one person manning the whole restaurant – making sandwiches, baking bread, covering phones, and I would presume inventory management, food ordering, etc. Crazy! We were only 6 people back. The person at the end waited 35 minutes to get a sandwich! Unbelievable. Message to owner/manager: the extra $ 8 it would have cost you to have two people at the restaurant during the lunch hour would have been recovered by one footlong combo meal. I watched several people get impatient and leave. That’s foregone revenue, bad Unilocal press, and lost return customers. Business 101. Won’t be returning.

GROSSS! Don’t eat here. I went in for a quick sandwich for myself and husband. The employee was not friendly ATALL! And when she started to make my husband’s sandwich I asked her if she had any fresh lettuce. The lettuce that was out was frozen to the sides and was brown. She still proceeded to put the lettuce on my husband’s sandwich. Then the gross frozen tomatoes also. He got the bacon ranch chicken she asked if he wanted any sauce? It is the bacon«ranch» chicken so u would assume ranch right. Well then my sandwich was next. I only wanted the veggie but I could not see myself eating those tomatoes or lettuce. I asked her if she had any fresh lettuce she then rudely said would you like for me to change everything out? I asked her«would you eat that»? Nothing was fresh ATALL! I WALKEDOUT! I was not going to pay for the not fresh food and the rudeness of the employee. Will never go back!

I came in with my boyfriend and his mom, and we had the WORST experience. The woman behind the counter was just straight up rude from the very beginning. She was rude the entire transaction with all three of us. She was mumbling everything under her breath and my boyfriends mom couldn’t hear and asked her nicely sorry, what was that? And she yelled the answer at her. I looked for a name tag and I didn’t see one, but our receipt is under the name Maria C. Two gentleman sitting by the fountain drinks told us they had been there for a while and she was rude to everyone in there. I’m pretty lenient with retail and restaurant people, I used to work in both but her behavior was unacceptable.

I’m not quite sure why this place has such awful reviews because I was in last Sunday and I thought it was 5 star service with a smile. The food prep area was neat and clean, everything in its proper place. My sandwich was made to my exact specifications and tasted nice and fresh. The sandwich artist was nice, quick, and friendly. I would definitely come back for another sandwich.

I don’t expect much when it comes to stopping into any subway location, however I came in on my lunch break to order a sandwich and there were no employees to be found… I waited about 10 minutes hoping someone would appear and nothing. Even checked in the back room to see if they were possibly just cleaning up, not one person. Found it a little strange to come into a business to find not one employee. I obviously went else where.

Visited this Subway before a movie and I have to say it is the dirtiest one I’ve ever been to! The people working here were nice but that doesn’t make up for the lack of cleanliness. The floors were filthy, the walls were nasty and even the veggies in their counter looked gross. Will not eat here again

I don’t expect much from the subway in summit. Myself and my fellow employees go there as a last resort(we work at summit) but the meat on my sandwich was stale. It was multicolored, crispy, and very noticeable. Not even worth it as a last resort.

This is an ok Subway. Typical Subway fair-I had the black forest ham sub an the bread an veggies were fresh ad the meat and sauces were fine. The problem with Subway is that its always so bland. Its like generic food. But that’s a Subway in general issue and I knew that coming in, so its not really fair to ding them for that. Place was super clean and the woman at the counter was quick and friendly.

I decided to give it another try since they were displaying the«Februany $ 5.00 Footlongs» signage. I went with 3 kids and myself and ordered quantity 4 of the«Trio», which is the $ 5.00 Footlong, soda and chips for $ 7.00. Should have been $ 28.00 plus tax, no? NO!!! The cashier informed me that you can only order ONE of the«Trio» specials, regardless how people you have. I pointed out that the signage didn’t state that and I expected that price. The cashier then told me that they have received several complaints but the manager refuses to allow them to ring up more than one per transaction. With a huge line of people behind me, I paid it since the kids already had been handed their sandwiches and were starving. I should have thrown the sandwiches on the ground and shouted«Bait and switch!!!» but I didn’t want to emotionally scar the kids because of one crappy Subway and their sh%&@y owner/manager. Never again, Summit Sierra Subway… you’ve hit a new low.
