Oh, Loretta! It is so wonderful that I found her through Unilocal.I moved to Reno a couple months ago and was stressed that I needed to find a new esthetician for my underarm waxing and Brazilian. I was searching through Groupon at first, and then went to Unilocal.I decided to make an appointment with her from the reviews here and boy I don’t have any regrets! She’s such a great person and treats you so well. She’ll leave the room for you to dress-​down and make yourself comfortable. Then, the waxing happens and she lets you contort your body in whatever is most comfortable to you (rather than instructing you on what to do). After the waxing part is done, she’ll ask you if it’s okay to do some clean up on the area to pluck any hairs that the wax missed, or extract any in-​growns that she can get. I have a rather high pain tolerance, so I do not think it’s that bad at all. Plus, I’ve been getting waxed for around 5 years. I really love the detail she puts into every session that I have with her. She also uses good quality wax that doesn’t give me ingrowns — the last lady I went to used a wax that always gave me ingrowns… and I mean ALWAYS. Now I don’t have a SINGLE one :) Which is an awesome thing to be able to say. Needless to say, I’m a LIFE LONG client :)

Ah-​mazing!!! I hadn’t had a wax for two years and the last person I went to I had grown accustomed to since she made it very comfortable and easy which caused me to procrastinate. Boy do I wish I would have met Loretta sooner! She is personable, friendly and she doesn’t make you feel awkward at all. I’m very cautious about what goes on with my lady parts but engaging in conversation with Loretta helped me to feel comfortable right away. She’s very genuine in her work and you can tell from the start she is there to serve you and do whatever you are comfortable with. Highly recommend her! And her pricing is unbeatable! Absolutely worth every penny!

Loretta is AMAZING!!! She is very nice and caring. I got a groupon special and never stopped going there. She does has fairy hands. I was pregnant and it was supposed to be very painful to wax but she managed to diminish the pain a little. I refer her to all my friends. I have a few Brazilian friends in town and, we love the brazilian wax and her price is so far the best in town. Everybody else is way overpriced! Go to her and you will not regret! =D

I have dreaded brazillion waxes. The entire idea makes me sick to my stomach. Recently, I went to Loretta. Not only did the time FLY, but absolutely no pain. Let’s just say plucking my eye brows hurt more! Quick, efficient and painless! How can you ask for more? Oh yeah, and super great energy! Makes you feel right at home! Will be loyal to her… Forever!

WOW! What an amazing experience. The studio was very clean and comfortable. I have always had issues and battled with acne and have had many side effects from products used in past facials. Loretta knew exactly what products to use and I had amazing effects from it. Her pumpkin peel is invigorating ! She is also very gentle and experienced with her waxing. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend her services to all!!!

Loretta is wonderful. She’s flexible with your schedule, she’s nice, she’s kind, she’s great at waxing and she’s cheerful. I’d recommend her to anyone! When it comes to waxing there are 2 very important things. 1. Get the job done quickly & 2. get all the hair removed. She does a terrific job with both.

Loretta is a warm, educated professional who provides great waxing services as well as customized skin care. I recently had an oxygen facial that was amazing and left my skin glowing for weeks to follow.

Let me start by saying– I hate getting waxed. Hate it. Loretta is amazing! Not only is she very professional and detail oriented, she is as witty as they come.
