Removal Crew

are amazing. My family and I were in the process of trying to clean out my recently deceased mother’s apartment and storage units. It was a daunting task and no one seemed to want to help unless we were willing to pay a ton of money. I did one final Google search late one evening and found their company. Their hours listed say 10am-​10pm, which I thought was a typo at first, so I thought I’d leave a message since it was close to 9pm. He picked up on the second ring (definitely not a typo!!). That was the first sign I knew this was going to work. Secondly, he stopped the conversation and expressed his condolences for my mother (something that no one else had done in my search for help). Thirdly, when I told him we were under time constraints, he was fast to say he would rearrange his already booked clients and fit us in first thing the next morning.
Dale and Deanna came out and surveyed my mom’s apartment and storage units. They quoted a price that was extremely fair (about half of what a competitor would have charged.) We were asked to complete payment through PayPal with the promise that they would return in a couple of hours to start the work.
Dale and Deanna and their crew were accommodating, polite, respectful, willing to go above and beyond at a moments notice, and all with huge smiles on their faces.
My mother’s job seemed like an insurmountable task, but with Dale and Deanna handling it, I felt at ease and could relax knowing I was walking away from it to return home.
They began the job on a Tuesday around noon and completed it by Friday afternoon. Dale and Deanna both texted me updates and pictures throughout the process, which was very thoughtful considering I don’t live local to Reno and could not just take a walk through.
We asked for some particular pieces (family heirlooms) to be left behind and they were respectful and indeed left them behind. Deanna even made sure to mention that if we suddenly discovered something we meant to grab wasn’t in our possession that they would look out for it.
I don’t foresee being in this situation and using them again, but I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a removal company, any job, big or small.

Dale and his wife are an excellent team! They accommodated many of our family’s requests when removing a lot of stuff left over by a family member that had passed away. Super nice people, very genuine and they will get the job done! They came in and removed all carpet and padding from the house along with an old wooden deck and the junk! They cleaned out closets and kitchen cabinets and recycled what they could. These guys are top notch and easy to work with. Thanks Dale!

Dale is a lifesaver. I called him at 4:45pm on a Saturday because the company I hired no showed on me. I was left with a pile of junk in front of my house. Dale and his wife arrived at my home at 5:20pm and picked everything up. I am so thankful. Now I won’t get in trouble with my HOA. Use Dale and Removal Crew. You will not regret it.
