If you don’t read the rest of this please just know: I WISH I WOULD HAVE TRUSTED THE RATING AND REVIEWS. DISGUSTING PROPERTIES AND LAZY, DIRTY MANAGERS!
I can’t believe how disgusting and unsanitary this «property management» place is. I moved into a home that they managed for a great price, so when I got there and everything needed to be cleaned top to bottom I didn’t complain too much. I figured at least I could clean it to my own standards. During my original cleaning, before even moving my things in, I found drug baggies in the kitchen drawers! When I asked BRIAN the manager about it his response was a cavalier «oh, yeah, the previous tenant was an addict». He had absolutely no response for resolution. He didn’t offer to have the home cleaned and when I asked if he could it literally took 4 months and a threat to withhold my rent before I even got the carpets cleaned!
Additionally, shortly after moving in I began to notice bugs. I had never seen anything like this before and wasn’t staying at home very often but once the weather got colder and I spent some time on Google I realized the home I was renting was entirely infested with Cockroaches!!! Blown away I immediately called Brian and Julie daily until something was done. Julie, the which who answers the phones had little concern, clearly seeming to thing this is an acceptable living environment. Again I had to threaten to withhold my rent to have anything done. Since this was a duplex my neighbor’s house needed to be treated as well. Brian and Julie had no concern when not only myself but the exterminator advised them that the neighbor’s home wasn’t cleaned enough to be effective at all.
Their answer to not being able to properly treat the infestation? Nothing. They are ok with their tenants breaking a year lease after only living there for a few months because they know the filth their offering.

This company is absolutely pathetic!!! I tried to use them to rent out a property I own but they really didn’t want to do anything except collect payments from me. Brian refused to do any of the work he promised to get done for me. I know there were some repairs that I need to get done before we could rent the property and Brian told me he had a guy that could get the work done for me for a very good price. I told him the things I wanted to get repaired but he never even went to the property to look at what I wanted done. After over 3 weeks of unreturned phone calls and refusal on his part to get the stuff done I had to drop them as a company. It is going to cost me some money to do so but at least I will find someone this is willing to take my business. I now have a property that hasn’t been rented for close to 2 months because he didn’t do any of the work needed and I now have to start over with a new company or sell the house. The best thing to do is stay clear of this company and Brian Friedland the property manager. He is very dishonest and not trustworthy at all. He is also VERY hot headed and when I told him I didn’t want to use him he proceeded to call me every name in the book and threating me among other things.
