I went to go see Katie M. to do a brow wax. I have been going to the same aesthetician for years up at the lake — since relocating, I needed to find someone local. I was a little nervous changing up, but Katie did an awesome job. I told her what exactly I wanted and didn’t want — and she handled with care! She took her time waxing, trimming and shaping — they even tint at Pretty Parlor too! I decided to try it (for the first time) and my brows looked awesome, it is my newest addiction. Katie’s sweet and spunky personality in addition to the super stylish, vintage, chic atmosphere/​décor was a really pleasant time. Happy to have found my new brow gal!

Love this place. Hannah is so wonderful! I have been going there for about 7 months. I get my hair colored and cut there. I followed her from the other salon. I just moved to South Reno from another state and never been to Midtown before I started going to Hannah. It is just a cute area.
What is really great about Pretty Parlor is booking all of my appointments online.

5 stars across the board! Hannah is an amazing hairdresser with a terrific attitude! It has taken me 2 years and countless bad hair cuts and colors to find a place that offers every little thing I was looking for! The shop it’s self is so clean and nice, I can not think of a better name for the place than Pretty Parlor! They offer so many awesome services all in one shop. I’m so happy to have such a skilled hairdresser to return to. I walked out of the Pretty Parlor looking better than i have in so long!!! Thank You Hannah! I should also add that the web sight is great and you can book on line, and find prices and general info.
