Not too much you can say! My teenage son loves this place. I take him here before practices to get protein and a fresh meal. They always get him in and out quickly and have friendly service! All in all great place to catch a quick fresh meal.

Normally I love this POS as there’s never a line and it’s always quick. Today we went in and the young Mexican girl who was wearing sweatpants with her hair was in a mess on top of her head greeted us with«what do you guys want?» We ordered as instead of the normal«pickles, peppers, olives?» Etc questions she said«what all do you guys want on it?» Aside from putting two things on my sandwich that I didn’t ask for, one being something I’m allergic to, I didn’t think she put peppers on as they were on the other side from where they normally are. So I asked again and she said«there ARE peppers on there» and so I replied«…those are olives» because I truthfully did not see them and after being a POS regular for years I was just used to where they always are. She then proceeded to move everything on my sandwich off to show me that there were, in fact, peppers. After that she gave us our total, handed us the receipt and said«sign this». My boyfriend asked if they had comment cards, she smirked and said«nope». Overall this was probably the worst customer service I’ve EVER had at a restaurant and I will NEVER go back to this location even if it means driving out of my way to another one. I work customer service too, and I know sometimes you’re just flat out irritated, but at the end of the day, if you’re taking it out on nice, polite customers… What are you doing in the customer service industry? I liked the meatball sub made fresh for me but, the marinara sauce was quite bland; I preferred the ladies melt the provolone cheese on top of the meatballs rather than melting the cheese on the bread. The salad I ordered was good but, not enough Romaine lettuce and chicken mixed into the salad: I’m so picky!

Not bad, not much business makes me think how fresh the food is. Good customer service and friendly staff. I will return if I plan to stay at Grand Sierra again

I give this Port of Subs credit for being clean and the staff are friendly enough. However, they slice the meats and cheeses VERYTHIN — PAPERTHIN. There was hardly any meat or cheese on the sandwich at all — it is piled with tasteless lettuce, tomatoes, and condiments. I don’t walk into a Port of Subs expecting gourmet food, but I do expect to be able to actually TASTE the meat and/or cheese on the sandwich. Port of Subs needs to stop being so cheap/stingy with meats and cheeses. I’ll go elsewhere next time.

The person who owns this store also owns the Mae Anne Store. I think that the Mae Anne store is better, as far as the food goes. The Sharlands one isn’t consistent with their bread, and it isn’t as busy, and therefore, not as fresh. On top of that, EVERY Port of Subs gets cheap meats. But for what they have to work with, they’re doing pretty good. Still, both stores are probably the best in Reno, and it’s always better than any other form of fast food. I gave it 3 stars because it’s fast food. How could you give a fast food place 5 stars?! From what I understand, the context you use is supposed to include restaurants throughout the city. Even in it’s own price group, it doesn’t rate that high.

This is the cleanest and most efficient Port of Subs I have ever been too. My friend and I were hitting this place up twice a week every week for about 3 months. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean and tidy. The bathroom is super clean and always has full hand soap and paper towels. The ladies who work here are very kind and make great sandwiches. No complaints! This port of subs puts lesser locations to shame! *coughs* mae anne *coughs*
