NEVER use this company! They are horrible! Only giving a star because I have to. I locked my keys(car, house, everything) in my car around 830 this evening. My insurance company called Pop a Lock around 9pm. I was told to expect them to arrive in 30 – 40 minutes. I have now been sitting next to my car, in 32 degree weather, for over 2 and a half hours. Still no sign of them and no phone call from them either. I have called Pop a Lock to find out what the problem is, as has my insurance company and all we get is voicemail. Another company has been dispatched and I will be sitting in the cold until that company arrives.

Very fast service. I locked my self out of my truck at night and it was freezing. They arrived about 10 minutes before the estimated time. Would gladly use again.

Excellent service! Dispatcher answering the phone was polite and sympathetic. Shane arrived within a half-hour and immediately unlocked the rental car! Paid with a credit card and gave him a tip for saving me! Very personable, reliable, efficient and reasonable.

I would give them zero stars but it made me give one. They are absolutely rude !!! Both times I called they were so unprofessional and yelled because I couldn’t hear them. Instead of answering with their business name it was«hello ??? HEEELLLLLLLOOOOOO???»

They do not even deserve one star, but unfortunately it’s a requirement to tell my story. I locked myself out of my vehicle so I called State Farm Road Side assistance and they called this place. I told State Farm my exact location-right in front of Trader Joes– which later they confirmed was relayed successfully to this company. I found a nice, shaded bench area directly across from my uniquely colored, bright orange car and waited in the Nevada heat while five months pregnant. I was told it would be forty-five min. No problem. I watched my car the entire time, easily because it was right in front of me!!! When it had been over 45 min, I noticed at the very BACK of the HUGE shopping center parking lot, back corner something that looked like a yellow tow truck. I debated dashing my pregnant self over there, probably 400 yards away from where my car was, and asking the guy if he could open my door because surely he just couldn’t have been the guy I was waiting for cause WHY would he park sooooooooo far away??? So after I debated for five min. about this, he took off from the parking lot. So I called State Farm and they confirmed that was my guy! And I asked, what happened? And he had told them that he waited AT my uniquely colored car for a long time, then left.!! Well, he lied. I was watching it 10 feet away the whole time. Unless the guy was two feet tall and standing directly on the other side of the car, he LIED. State Farm RS could not get someone else for another«45 min.» Which ended up being at two and a half more hours because that company couldn’t get themselves together either. So, because this horrible man lied to everyone about standing in front of my car, I had to wait four hours(time on phone calls included) in the Nevada heat five months pregnant!!! And mind you, I was in a central location in Reno!!! It shouldn’t have happened. And they should never be called for help again cause they can’t do their jobs.
