Very quick service, great food. I’ve been to several PF Chang’s and this food is as good as all of the others. The bar tender was very friendly.

I can’t believe I’ve haven’t reviewed this place yet! It’s nice when you’re remembered and greeted like a friend. This is how they greet everyone! Super friendly and great service every time!!! First, this restaurant is impeccably clean not one spot of dust anywhere. The bathrooms must be checked after anyone uses it because not one square of TP out of place. Although I have tried several of the entrées, I just can’t get past the awesome happy hour menu right now. Of course the lettuce wraps are great as always. The ribs, spring rolls, egg rolls, crab rangoons are great. However, I am addicted to the amazing jicama tacos!!! The lobster and chicken ones are soooo good. The shell is made from thin slices of jicama. FYI you will be licking your fingers with these. I’m a little sad I won’t be working across the street anymore but at least it’s only a hop, skip, and a jump away :-)

My husband I came here since we had a gift card I loved the atmosphere when you walk in. It just looked nicer and it was clean, cleanliness is so important to me when entering anywhere which serves you food. We ordered the two for 40 dinner. I enjoyed the food options and the appetizers. Our waiter was awesome and was very helpful and friendly. The food does have a twist to it which is refreshing. The chocolate cake is to die for and I’ll go back just for the cake;) I enjoyed pf changs and look forward to visiting again.

One of our employees hit her 10 year anniversary with our company last week, so we decided to take her out to lunch to celebrate. She chose PF Chang’s and about a week beforehand, I called to make a lunch reservation for 9 of us. I was surprised to see how busy they were at lunch and how packed their parking lot was. As others mentioned, parking can be tricky when they are busy(thankfully, we carpooled). We had no trouble with our reservation, they gave us the large table with the lazy susan towards the front entrance and we all fit comfortably. Our waiter was friendly and on top of our drink service. We all ordered off of their lunch menu. The lunch menu gives you a choice of a small plate with soup, salad, or a small appetizer. I ordered the lobster street tacos with the crab wontons. The wontons were delicious, stuffed full of crab and they had a really great flavor. The outside of the wontons was nice and crunchy too. The lobster tacos were delicious but I was slightly disappointed. The lobster was cooked well and there was a ton of it packed into these tiny jicama taco shells. My disappointment was with the«taco» shells. I may have read the menu wrong, but I was expecting crunchy shells. These were cold and they kept falling apart whenever you picked them up. I think if they found something else to put these tacos in, something they could fry and make crunchy, it would be a slam dunk and I would be there once a week for lunch. Overall, it’s a chain restaurant with an Americanized version of Chinese food. But the service is good, the food is tasty, the price is reasonable and I really enjoyed their lunch menu. I will definitely keep them in mind when we have another lunch get together.

PF Chang’s is a consistently good Chinese Chain restaurant. You wouldn’t think such a large chain could be good everywhere. But I’ve been t them in 3 or 4 different states, and can’t find anything to complain about. Don’t know when they started to serve Sushi as well… haven’t tried it except a bite at a Unilocal Elite event a few months back. I’m one of those people who thing you go to a Steakhouse for steak, a Seafood Restaurant for fish, and a Chinese Restaurant for Chinese food. So with so many Sushi options available to us here in Reno, I’ll do most of my Sushi eating at a Sushi Restaurant. What I did taste was good, but loved their Lettuce Wraps and every other Chinese menu options I’ve tried so far. Definitely a great atmosphere and a place I will revisit again and again.

P.F.Chang’s is clean and well maintained. Most dishes are superior. Dwight is amaze-pao! Late afternoon lunch-early supper. The vegetarian egg rolls are good and delivered quickly, but there’s some flavor missing. The sauce was okay. The pork pot stickers are okay. The drizzled sauce was okay. The hot and sour soup was very good. It could be hotter and sourer with a little more solid edibles inside. The ahi tuna tataki with avocado and wonton strips was awesome. The tuna is fresh and flavorful. The wonton strips are crisp and hot. The avocado is ripe and sliced thinly. The sauce is excellent. The kung pao scallops are superior. They scallops were perfectly fried with fresh peanuts and vegetables. The sauce was amazing. Dwight, the server, was phenomenal! He was attentive but not intrusive. He kept my iced tea full — and that’s no small feat. He removed dishes when emptied. When he saw us fighting over the bowl of wonton strips, he brought two — count ‘em, two — bowls of wonton strips. And he commented on our ‘affinity’ for wonton strips. When a waiter provides superior service AND uses the word ‘affinity’, you know P.F.Chang’s is a great restaurant with a great staff!

For our six year anniversary, my husband and I visited P. F Changs for dinner to celebrate. Nice little romantic, candle lit tables always seem inviting for such a celebration. We arrived around 9:30 on Saturday night and there weren’t that many tables sat which was nice for us wanting a nice quiet evening to talk. On a mission, we already knew what we wanted to order seeing as how we wanted to get a few of the same items we tried during the Unilocal event we attended awhile back! Chicken Pad Thai, Salt and Pepper Prawns, Shaking Beef… only this time we decided to try the Tempura green beans. And I really… really wanted a lemon coconut sour again! The drink that carries you away to the beach with one sip! Now let me start by saying our waitress was very nice… But one critique would be that she seemed distracted by a table of her personal friends which would have been fine if she gave us equal attention, but she kept visiting them and ignoring us. She brought us our drinks, but didn’t light our candle, and when a manager passed by with another busser, lighting candles, however they also failed to light ours. We waited for our appetizers watching the room only to watch her return to her friends table and light their candle! So we said screw it, and switched our own candle with one on the table next to us. It was our anniversary after all and we wanted that darn candle light! Our waitress finally came to tell us there was a «problem» in the kitchen, and that they needed to make new, fresh batch of tempura so our appetizer would be a minute more. She then returned to her friends table. All this aside, our appetizer finally arrived and brought all the happiness and memories that Unilocal event brought to the table not to long ago… Wow!!! That sauce, that batter! They were perfect! Literally perfect. Shortly after that our dinner arrived, and everything was as amazing as we remembered it to be. Leave it to the kitchen staffs abilities to show us again why we love coming here. The food was on point and my drink was just as amazing too! P. F will always get a five star from me because of their tasty food, romantic scenery, and although a bit distracted, very friendly wait staff.

Even though this place is a major chain and not«local» I can’t help but love eating here. The food is like crack. EVERYTHING tastes good. I don’t know what it is about Chang’s food but every bite is addictive. I read somewhere that they use a ton of sugar in their recipes. That would make sense. I am addicted to sugar like most mortals. Anyhow, I have been here a number of times and thought I had written a review but I have not. I was here last night with a large and loud party. The server took really good care of us. Everyone was well taken care of. The drinks kept flowing and the food came out hot and tasty. The pomegranate mojito is fantastic. Not too sweet or minty. Just the perfect mixture of both. The crispy shrimp was to die for. Their chicken lettuce wraps are no joke. I think everyone is aware of this. The wontons were… wontons. The spareribs were fantastic. The double pan fried noodles were excellent. Everything that we ordered was really good. I really enjoy coming here with a group. It is a fun place with addictive food that will keep you coming back for more.

I’m a huge fan of P.F. Changs even though it’s technically a «chain restaurant.» I’ve always had consistently good food and great service, so I would keep coming back. I never knew why until a few months ago — so just hear me out(and some of the other reviewers who are saying the exact same thing!) I was really fortunate to work with our CM Michael for about 7 months, and towards the end of my internship, we had a meeting with Stacee, who’s the Manager of this location. We decided to put something together to really tell the story of P.F. Changs, which is that it is a SCRATCHMADEKITCHEN. Yep, you read that right. It’s totally true. I toured the kitchen twice and witnessed it with my own eyes. The chefs make everything except for three things(which are desserts) from scratch. That includes sauces, soups, wontons, dumplings, entrees, even drinks! They use local products when possible, get fresh produce multiple times a week, and make their food with love and dedication. Never has it been more important to actually take this advice to heart: don’t judge a book by it’s cover. Yes, this is a «chain-restaurant» in the sense that there are locations across the country. But this one is owned by a local, and locals are employed here. I have always received great service and the food is consistently awesome. If you’ve never been, I would highly suggest the«Changs for Two» which allows you to sample a bit of everything. Each person gets soup, an appetizer, rice and an entrée, as well as a small dessert. This is for around $ 40, which as far as I’m concerned, is a steal because I can take half my entrée home and eat it for lunch the next day! I would recommend the Egg Drop Soup, Chicken Lettuce Wraps for an appetizer(freakin’ amazing), Chang’s Spicy Chicken and Mongolian Beef for entrees, and the chocolate wontons for dessert. P.F. Changs caters to a variety of needs as well. They have a station specifically for gluten free guests which is crazy awesome! They also offer brown rice and quinoa if you’d prefer that to white rice(which I do!). Seriously, if you’ve never been to P.F. Changs, please give them a try. Stacee and her team are really amazing — and I’m not just saying that because I’ve worked with her. I’ve dined at this location at least 5 or 6 times personally.

I had won a gift card for this place. My husband and I went back to spend it. MUCH better service this time around. We sat at the bar, were greeted by Steve who quickly brought Us menus and took our drink order. I ordered a Mai tai, and my husband, who is a big Whiskey lover, ordered a twisted whiskey sour. Both drinks were delightful. We then ordered the dynamite shrimp and the crab wontons. Both were amazing! Andrew checked up on Us several times, and cashed Us out. From start to finish the food was great, and the service was awesome! !

It’s been about two years since I’ve been to PF Chang and the food was as good as I remember. Went with a group for lunch from work, had a reservation, and our table was already set up when we got there. The servers were polite, quick, and ensuring everyone was happy with their food and had a refill of their drink if they wanted. I the table shared a lettuce wrap, alway good, and I had the lunch menu Mongolian beef, which seem cooked just about perfect. Good presentation on the plate as well. The ambiance of the restaurant is typical PF Chang, somewhat dim, but peaceful. Parking for some reason seemed slightly better today than I remembered, but still could be somewhat hard during their busy times.

Thank you all so very much for our AWESOME dinner and all the extras for the Unilocal evening. Everyone was so welcoming for the evening, food outstanding, all the wine and cocktails we could want. The kitchen tour was very interesting, so much food all crafted by hand. This was truly an outstanding evening. THANKYOUAGAINPFCHANGS

Many moons have passed since I have visited a P.F. Chang’s restaurant. I was a young vegetarian breaking out on my own in my first big city, and I remember how fancy everything seemed.(And how infamous the lettuce wraps were/are!) As a more worldly, Panko-crusted individual these days, it was fun to check out the Reno location and see how my present experience would compare to my awestruck youth days… It hasn’t really changed all that much. P.F. Chang’s is an upscale-casual chain restaurant offering an expansive menu with items sure to please just about any patron. From traditional to vegetarian to gluten-free options, P.F. Chang’s has something to offer everyone, though it may not be particularly memorable. The ambiance is lovely(albeit dark), and our server was great. I have no complaints, though I have no za-za-zings to share, either. It’s kind of like an Asian Fusion BJ’s Brewhouse or Cheesecake Factory– the menu spreads itself thin by working so hard to appeal to everyone that it just does everything well without excelling at anything. We started out with the vegetable spring rolls which were just fine, although they were kind of greasy and bland. The sweet chili sauce was fine, though there was a bit too much vinegar for me. My husband ordered the Crispy Honey Chicken and while he was satisfied, the dish wasn’t what either of us thought it would be. Rather than the chicken being crispy, it was saucy and soft, served on a bed of crispy rice noodles. This is not a complaint, my husband(and I) just had a different idea of the dish based on its description in the menu. I had the Coconut Curry Vegetables with quinoa, which certainly hit the spot without wowing my taste buds. Like the sweet chili sauce from our appetizer, the coconut curry sauce was kind of vinegar-ey and lacked both the creamy flavor of coconut milk and the inside-out warmth that comes from curry. I understand that these flavors probably don’t appeal to most, which is why the dish is prepared as it is. Again, I don’t have any complaints, I just don’t have any wows, either. A three-star review may seem like a bad thing, but it’s really not(in my eyes). A-OK is a good thing! P.F. Chang’s is the perfect place to bring relatives or out-of-towners looking for something a little different without worrying about finding dishes that everyone will like. It’s comfort food, and there’s nothing wrong with that. P.F. Chang’s is a successful chain and does what it does very well. I just can’t think of many reasons to go out of my way to dine here.
