Mastercraft Painting & Decorating

I have used Mastercraft to paint the interior of 4 different homes and recently used them to completely refinish and paint all my cabinetry. They were, as usual, fantastic.
You can probably find cheaper painters out there but I would challenge anyone to find finer quality painting work or a more professionally run company. The owner is intimately involved from the beginning, they are always on time, operate like professionals and you just can’t compare the quality of their work.
I would never hesitate recommending them without reservations whatsoever.

Jay came to the house, gave me an estimate and I scheduled an exterior house painting. His crew arrived on time, did excellent work, left no mess and went out of their way to accommodate my requests.
I made the right choice and could not be happier with the finished product; they do great work.

I met with this company in my home for an estimate on a number of non-​trivial jobs I wanted done, including restoring several large, wood doors, painting the garage doors, work in the kitchen and mudroom, work to the fireplace, and decorative internal painting on the biggest room in my home… read: not a small job.
The guy talked about all they could do for me, as well as the other contractors he would put me in touch with to do other work that was outside his area. When he left, he said he would get me an estimate in a week.
That was mid-​March. 2.5 weeks later, I called and was told he was working on it. I called again 3 weeks later, got the same guy, and he told me he would get it to me the next day. It is now 3 months later and have never heard back. My external wood doors are now cracked and peeling much worse than they were in March… this company is unreliable and unprofessional and I was an idiot for waiting for them to come through.
Be very wary of working with them and any commitments they make, if this is how they treat a potential customer. I understand if you don’t want the job… be professional and tell me so I know to look elsewhere.
