Floor looks very nice so far. Salesman was very helpful. Received our flooring very quickly. Overall really like their Bellawood Flooring.

After 4 flooring places I found the product. Least expensive and best quality at lumber liquidators. Was there 5 minutes and purchased what i needed. The bummer is the transition pieces I came to pick up today were not in stock. 3 week wait. Would have been good to know up front or would have got different product… should be more aware of what’s in stock. The company made it right so I changed my 3 stars to 5 thank you

Great experience. I went to three other stores looking for flooring. Only one store had an employee even acknowledge me. At Lumber Liquidators I was immediately acknowledged. I’m doing the work but have no clue what I’m doing. Reed, the assistant manager, was super patient with my many questions. He provided me as many samples as I wanted. He walked me through the process and educated me on my options. I chose the product and was directed to the loading area. The loader was very friendly. Reed even came out to help load. Thrilled with the whole experience. Now it’s time to get to work.

Bought over 1,000 sq. ft of product, they made me wait close to 2 months before receiving it causing us to lose our place in installing it quickly. Then a week after their 30 day return policy expired they lower the price in half and the manager Ricardo Medina refused to make any adjustment. I told him how much they had already put us out and how we had not opened any of the product and how because of them it could still not be installed and they refused to help. Will not shop there again!!! No wonder that company’s stock is taking a nose dive.

After reading the reviews I was extremely skeptical about going here but I must admit they had some of the nicest flooring for a great price! I looked around for awhile and the flooring I did like from other stores did not have the same quality! We did have a flooring friend of ours do the installing which he does for a living and he also stated the quality was excellent and couldn’t believe the price we got it for. The customer service was great they dealt with my constant mind changing every other day on the color with no complaints! 2 boxes did come damaged and with no questions asked they replaced them immediately! My experience here was great everyone was extremely helpful and I will definitely recommend them! Everyone who has walked in our home has stated that our flooring is beautiful and always ask where we got it!

Be VERY careful about measurements and quantities! They oversold me by over 8 boxes of flooring suggesting it was my mis-measurement AND twice as much base molding. I thought when I gave them the measurements, they would be the professionals and KNOW within about 10% what we needed. WRONG. We measured twice and contractor also measured coming up with same 850 s.f. every time. They will not let you return it after 30 days and our project was delayed more than that. They did let me return the unused half molding — one star. I decided to use extra flooring to do stairs(which I wasn’t planning on). AGAIN with exact stair measurements, they told me I needed a lot of adhesive and it would be cheaper to buy 5 gallon nearly $ 100. Contractor said way too much afterwards & used maybe ¼th of it. Bottom line: You get what you pay for — never again. Hope you are better in math, so you can tell them exactly how much you want! There is a guy on Craigslist with the same problem with them, trying to sell his overage/flooring. They are nice, so they get an extra star of 2 :^(

«Looks like I’m the fool again, I don’t like it.» — Tom Petty Tom was talking about love, but for me, I’m talking about a national chain that simply has not lived up to expectations. Mind you, some of this is my problem, and so this will be a cautionary tale for you. This story starts over two years ago when we are remodeling my home. Lumber Liquidators is having a sale that is very appealing, and they are providing a great deal on financing. The process begins, and, as I’m a novice with a sort of odd floor plan, I have them come out and measure my house prior to my purchase to ensure that I get the right amount. The young man arrives at the appointed time, measures, gives me details about all I need, and I show up at the store and buy what he told me to. I’m spending something like $ 8,000 for the product alone, on sale. I finance a huge chunk of the purchase and pay cash for the rest. As home, do it yourself remodels go, this project took a long time, and I only recently finished the floor. Now here is where it get’s frustrating. I’ve got over $ 800 worth of extra, un-opened, factory quality, wood left over. This is beautiful stuff, I have no qualms with the quality of the product. Now, I know it’s been two years, but I’m thinking that there is something the store can do for me. I was wrong. No help. They told me to post it on Craig’s list and a builder might want to take it off my hands. Yea, that’s a great plan. I tell the Assistant Manager on the phone to please brainstorm all possible options and give me a call the next day. That never happens either. So, I buy $ 8,000 worth of floor, I pay $ 100 to have somebody they recommend do the measuring, I buy what I was told to buy, I store it properly for two years, I install it well, and they will not take back or credit me for the extra unopened boxes of wood. You might be wondering, ‘what does the purchase order allow?’ This is a great question. I re-read the agreement, and, sure enough, that’s what is written in the fine print. There is a brief period of time, 90 days or so, in which to return unopened and new products. This is the part that I need to own. What was I expecting? I guess I was expecting compassion, a buyback program, some sense that they understood what I was going through. In short, something more than I got. Is the product good? Yes, heck I think it’s great. My only hope at this point is that you get to benefit from my frustration. Read the contract, install in a timely fashion, and don’t expect a lot of compassion from the retail outfit. I might buy their product again, but it’s hard to imagine right now.

Horrible experience. The sales rep didn’t explain anything about the product. You need to do extensive research on your own because they are a «blow and go» bulk retailer. I bought the Kensington 12 mm laminate product and have been very disappointed it shrinks excessively even though I acclimated the product in the home for over three weeks. It was professionally installed by an installer recommended by Lumber Liquidators and they have had Tom come back three different times to fix the floors. They state they have never seen such excessive shrinkage in a laminate but this product seems to have the same problem at other peoples’ homes as well. Lumber Liquidators would not credit me for the product even though I offered to accept store credit for a more expensive product. I would never buy another product from Lumber Liquidators and you shouldn’t either. They don’t stand behind their products and you are left alone to deal with the problem.
