Was not compassionate. His office staff was money hungry and not friendly. Very disappointed. I’ve been to many surgeons in Los Angeles. They don’t act like this…

I received cosmetic surgery from Dr. Kiener back in 2006. The entire experience was perfect from beginning to end. At the time, his staff was so friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Kiener was also very nice and answered all of my concerns. It has been 9 years since my surgery and the area he did still looks top notch! In about 5 — 7 years I would like to have an upgrade and when I do, I plan to travel back to Reno to have it done by him. I am very pleased with his work after such a long time. I also have zero scarring from the procedure which really surprised me. The man is an artist!

Great plastic surgeon. He worked on my mother-​in-​laws droopy eyelids and did a great job. She doesn’t even look like she had work done but her eyed are more open. He removed a mold off my cheek and also red looking moles off my chest. Also, Bridget is the laser hair removal technician and she is great too:). I would highly recommend Dr. Kiener and Bridget.
