I had a groupon and decided to try this business’s massage service. I do not recommend them as the massage therapist raved about herself the entire time (hint: if you have to tell the customer you are good that’s not a good sign) but the massage actually hurt. Granted she warned me it would be uncomfortable at times to be the most effective, but even after I told her OK that’s too much she kept on going. I was seriously going to tell her just to stop all together when the massage was over anyway. My point is she left a big bruise on my right thigh that took about a week to heal over completely. Yes I bruise easily… But if I say stop… Just stop hurting me.

HORRIBLE! Not only was the staff rude, but my mother and I had equally terrible experiences. The massage was cut short by 15 minutes for no apparent reason and the girl working on me smelled so badly of cigarettes that i had to ask her to skip my face and head. My mother received a 15 minute pressure poking session (NOT what she paid for) at the end of which the rude masseuse simply told her where to leave the tip. I left this massage more frustrated and angry then when i came in. I would NOT recommend to anyone.

I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute massage. When I made the appointment they gave me the wrong address. I went to their other location. I was on time but at the wrong place. I arrived at the right place 10 minutes late and she shorted my massage by 13 minutes. When I asked why it was so short she said «I am not going to get behind because you came late». I then complained to the doctor who basically told me that they didn’t mess up. I always hate a business who will let you leave upset. The idea behind Groupon’s are to introduce you to their services yet they treated me so poorly I will never go back.

I am not going to get into detail but I went to Johnson Wellness Center to get a massage and I will NEVER go back. The staff was creepy and I felt extremely violated throughout my massage. It was one of the scariest experiences of my life. I would not even go back if someone paid me. DO– NOT– GO!!!
