BEWAREI hired this business to repair pilot light on my furnace. After inspection he reported I needed a thermocouple but said I would waste money that I really needed a brand new furnace.
He insisted I needed a new furnace and said if I agreed to do it the next day he would give me a discount.
After he left I got a second opinion from Cavalero he lit the pilot light and reported the thermal coupler did not need to be replaced. Nor DID MY FURNACE… I am using my furnace today no problem. I think they took advantage of a woman preying on fear having unsafe furnace.

They came out to fix my furnace which they did. The technician was nice. He spent half an hour on the repair. We needed a new igniter. One piece priced on Google for less than 30 bucks. They charged us 275 $ for the part. I won’t be using them again.

Adam was awesome. My AC unit was originally improperly installed. Adam drained off my overloaded refrigerant and took the time to explain what needed to be done to get my system running at maximum efficiency. Truly impressed with the service.

We recently had Home Experts come out and service our AC in preparation for the warmer months. The young man who came out was efficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and alerted us to some things we did not know that we can do to add life to our system. Home Experts installed our system several years ago, which was also an amazing experience. We have had a couple of issues since that were rectified at no charge to us in lightening speed. We highly recommend this company!!!

I have had several positive experiences with this company. They changed my old water heater to a new tankless system and i love the end result. They have also helped me with some plumbing issues and installed new ductwork into my cold room in my house.
The technicians are very polite and prompt. No dudes wearing Megadeath t-​shirts and chain smoking. I will continue to recommend this company to others. They have my business for sure.

I had this company fix my gas fireplace as this kept turning itself off. The repair guy arrived exactly at the time he was supposed to come to my house after giving me a 15 minute heads up. My fireplace was difficult to fix but the repair guy still found an affordable solution to make it work. I would hire them again.

Had this company come out to service my heater and AC in August which cost $ 375. It is now mid-​Dec and the heater is broken. The service guy did not mention to me that the heater was corroded and worth replacing at the time. I called this company to come fix the heater on Dec 10th and left two messages. Never received a call back.

We used this company to check our air-​conditioning system last spring. The technician was incredibly polite and professional. He pointed out and explained all the aspects of the system to keep an eye on, and ordered me filters in bulk that fit all my intakes. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them again myself in the future.
