Goodman Robyn DDS

I wanted to like this dentist office but there was just too many issues. First off, the woman in the front that does all the admin work is super hot and extremely helpful. She was the best part of the office and always followed up with information when requested. As for Ms. Goodman, she rarely sees patients when they come in for routine visits but my documentation always states that she looked at me. The hygienist is a very nice older lady, but completes her work in way to short of time. I recently starting going to another dentist, and as I thought, they took double the time for my cleanings and exams; much more comprehensive. I thought this office was a bit too short in their work and this has been confirmed. Ms. Goodman missed a cavity which was partly a test on my part since I knew it was there from another dentist. When I told Goodman she admitted missing it and said it was small however it was the first thing the other dentist saw in an X-​Ray. The fact that Goodman has a huge picture of herself on billboard is consistent with the work style of image versus quality. The woman up front is great, however the main Dentist on this office is less than thorough. And the hygienist needs to slow down and do a more thorough cleaning. They do keep their appointments fairly well which is a huge plus but that unfortunately does not make up for the short inadequate service.

My wife had some work done and was very pleased with Dr. Goodman and her staff.
