This was the most unprofessional office I’ve ever been to. I screamed in terror as the doctor continued the procedure while I was not sedated. His nurse missed my vein and I screamed for him to stop. He did not. Ladies, especially be warned. It was barbaric!!! I’ve never felt so violated in my life.

Despite a few minor speed bumps and the beginning of my treatment, my experience here has been fantastic! Dr. Osgard is very comprehensive, caring, and knowledgeable! I have a rare case of Crohn’s and he was able to modify my treatment accordingly. The staff here is also awesome. Mary and Heather are great! They are so nice and helpful! Love this place!

My visit here was possibly the most traumatic in my life. The nurses do not know how to properly sedate and prepare the patient for a colonoscopy. They completely missed my vein (two nurses) and the doctor started the procedure without checking if any sedation or memory block was working. I screamed five times in terror asking him to stop. The doctor asked the nurses to give me more sedation, however since there was not a needle in my vein, I received no medication at all. I was gripping the bed rails while the nurse told me I had to keep quiet and quit screaming. I could not say anything but «STOP». Everyone in that room ignored me. I was completely violated.
