Got a groupon to try this company and I’m glad I did. Met James yesterday to do my carpets. He’s professional, courteous, calls if he’s running late (we had to reschedule our first appt) which happens. He was being through with his other client and ran late.
When he arrived, we walked through, discussed some things, he looked for any stain problems with a black light, took note, to focus on them. My new dog had a vomit issue and my shampooer left some remnants he was able to see with the light at the top of our stairs.
I got the 5 room deal, stairs weren’t included so I added for $ 33.50, what a deal! He did an all 5 area protectant for $ 50. Although I had vacuumed two days ago, he vacuumed anyway. It’s what he does.
I work from home, so I just closed my office door and he went to work. He was thorough, efficient, respectful of our house as to not damage any corners.
Our carpets look amazing and James is quite personable. He’s human, and we chatted about some stuff. He wasn’t just there to up sell and make more money off me as some other companies do.
I’d be happy to have James come back on an annual basis to keep our carpets looking new.

Had dog pee all over my carpet from our little terror And the owner operator removed it with ease. Very knowledgeable about how to keep and maintain clean carpet also had some fun science facts for my kids. I would definitely use this carpet cleaning service again. As a matter fact I can’t wait to schedule another appointment to do my upstairs.

Wow! Professional, courteous, thorough and punctual. My carpets look brand new. When they make recommendations, listen. These guys know what they are doing without a doubt. I had stains from the previous owner I thought would never come out. Horrible matting. And these guys tackled it like it was nothing. Five stars was easy to give.
