I come home to my car window completely down without anyway to get it up. I called caliber collision to get some guidance to see if they could fix it. I’m having an obviously bad day and the man on the phone treated me like a dumbass as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I don’t know anything about cars and I just needed some help which I didn’t receive from caliber collision.

Best, most professional service in Reno! HIGHLY recommend them. For those who used Gilsons Autobody for years, this is in the SAME LOCATIONS, but Calliber, a huge National brand bought the stores.
I was wary of this, as I loved Gil, but Caliber had the forethought and the ethics to (drum roll, please…) KEEP THE STAFF AND MANAGEMENT of Gilson’s! WINNER!!!
So, they have the resources, technology and purchasing power of the large corporate structure, but the local employees who have the training in the body craft, and have the years put in with the company so they didn’t lose their benefits or seniority!
This is the way to conduct yourself in a SMALL TOWN! They won me over — give them your business. You will not be sorry!

Great experience at Caliber. The work all looked great and my truck is back looking new again. Erwin provided great service. You don’t necessarily expect great device from a body shop, you expect great work and average service. But Erwin helped get me a ride, gave me a good deal, kept in constant communication throughout the repairs and helped me clear up a small issue with another vendor. He did all this with a smile and great attitude. I will definitely go back here when needed and recommend them to all my friends.

Great group of people working there Erwin made my experience seamless. Called and took care of the rental car and kept me updated on every step of the way. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. The repairs looked like the accident never happened. Even vacuumed out my truck. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks for the great service.
