Buffalo’s Silver Cue Billiard Ultra Lounge

They’ve Closed. All tables have been moved. A lease sign is up. And if this post isn’t long enough it goes as a tip.

I had a red eye flight out of Reno heading out east, found this place because of a groupon while we were looking for things to kill time. The owner was very friendly and nice, and, even accommodated a small deviation from the initial terms of the groupon.
The pool tables were in good shape, and the bar looked like it was very well stocked, if I were local, I’d definitely hang here.

Nice spot to chill with a great ambiance. We had a good time. Used a Groupon without issue. Owner seem very nice and friendly. We were greeted as soon as we walk through the door.
Plenty of space to play comfortably and enough tables to accommodate a busy night.
Pool tables are clean and in good shape. A few tables had new felt and others were under repair. Pool sticks were balanced and in good condition.
I will come back when we are in town again.

This place is awful, I really hate saying that, as we need some places with this «goal» — but the owner is very distasteful, and the place is grimy and dirty… you’re much better off playing in some bar… — at one time, this place had everything, but it’s being run into the ground. Unfavorable element inside, and bums heckling for money outside only added to the already bad taste for this place. I’d avoid it.

I truly love this place! It’s a place to go that you can call a second home! You can sharpen up your pool on a number of tables, and it is a family friendly environment, so you can bring kids to play pool as well. They have an awesome tournament system, three nights a week, and this is based on a handicapped system, which allows the not so great pool player a chance to play against really good players, giving everyone a good opportunity to play. Some of the best pool players in the city frequent this establishment, and the atmosphere is awesome! The owners are always helpful, and the bartenders are friendly as well. There is a bar, as well as a lounge area where you can smoke, hang out, as well as play darts. Buffalo’s also has a dart league on Tuesday nights. It is in an awesome location, right by the mall, between downtown and South Reno. This is truly one of the best places to come hang out in Reno, and I encourage you all to come down and kick it! Reasonable rates! It is a truly great place owned by some awesome people!

Great place to relax and shot a game of pool. Have bar tables and pro tables. Full bar great drink prices. Music and the kids are welcome to play.

This place is rad. I’ve been coming to this location for years, since before, when it was called Diamond Billiards. The new owners are doing great things, while keeping prices low and the beer cold! They even got a dart board in there so I could bring the Dart league in on Tuesdays! It’s hard to beat the prices and all of the renovations thus far have been great. I’m excited to see where it will go in the future!

The review that was posted is not a real person. It is fake. This person was not here that night or ever. This place has changed for the better. And there are people here all the time. From opening to close. Love this place. Tables are so much better than anything I have seen here in Reno Sparks area. Bar is awesome. The owners rock. Great job guys !!!
