It took over 20 minutes to get our orders taken, over 30 minutes for our food to even come and our server messed up our check three times in a row. He was not attentive at all. I was also told that I would have to wait for silverware as they ran out and were washing all of it. It was such a waste, and was not worth the time. Got so frustrated, I felt the need to download this app and write a review.

13 minutes to be seated, not a full house, just wanted to grab a quick bite before the movie, watered down drinks, over cooked appetizers, is it really that hard to fry food?
Asked for a medium rare burger, which they couldn’t do. Burger was ok, but dry. Once seated, waitress was very proficient, I like www, but would reccomend the carson location over reno, been dissapointed here before, I wont be back.
It’s simple bar food, hire better people!
Go to BJ’s next door, or wasabi’s even, waste of money.
41 dollars and change for a bloody mary, bourbon street iced tea, fried pickles, and fried mushrooms, and a black and bleu burger. also they charged 30 cents per ranch dipping sauce.

Wow! I was super impressed with this location! I want to start by giving a shout out to our waitress Sophia. She was absolutely amazing. She came by constantly to check on us and was super nice (not the fake waitress nice either). Our food was fresh and came out fast even on Super Bowl Sunday! My wings were perfect, and my Margarita was so delicious! I will definitely be returning! Thanks so much for the great service.

Wow! The bartenders here are some of the worst I’ve seen in Reno. I don’t usually write negative reviews or really poor things about establishments but they are at the point where they give us a drink and ignore absolutely everything else we might ask. There’s been an instance where a bartender was literally flipping us off by answering a question while walking away so we couldn’t here her answer. The other bartender wasn’t any better. I don’t think I’ve ever had this sort of treatment at a ‘bar’ in Reno. Unless it’s a to go order for wings, I can guarantee I will never be back.

My heart is broken! Buffalo Wild Wings is my hubby and my secret favorite! We used to come to this one all the time! Since we have had a baby, me usually call it in, and pick it up to take it home. They USED to be so good! They were friendly on the phone, would quote back your order, quick on getting the order ready! Then friendly when we would pick it up, and they would go over our order, checking everything with us before we left. The quality of food was high, and always contesctly good.
Sadly that has changed. They are friendly in the phone, but do not repeat the order anymore, they will quote us that the food will be ready in 10 – 15 minutes, and it’s ready in a half hour (I honestly would not care if it took a half hour, I just don’t want to sit and wait in the cold entry way for 20 minutes… Just tell me the truth!). The never go over the order with us when we pick it up anymore, and it’s honestly a gamble on what food we get. It’s never 100% correct! Usually if you check it in your car, then head back in, they are quick to fix the mess up. The food is still good!
So if you are willing to wait longer then the tell you, and want to gamble on the food you get, check this place out. Otherwise, do take out else where. :(I don’t know what has changed, but I hope it goes back to our normal buffalo soon.

If you like watching sports while you eat then this is your place! They have a ton of TVs scattered throughout including the restroom. Service has been average on my last couple visits. The food has been fresh and tastes good. On both visits I tried ordering beers from their beer menu but was told they were no longer offered. I do think this needs attention and should be updated, they were not out of said beers, the establishment is no longer stocking them. My favorite time to go here is on a Thursday as they have a boneless wing night where they’re only $.60/​ea. We usually order enough to have some for lunch the next day, they are that good! Loud and annoying kids can be a problem here, even in the bar area but I do understand this isn’t the restaurant’s fault, just poor parenting. I just end up having to order another beer to help them blend into the background!

The food service is unbelievably slow and the wait staff doesn’t seem to care. We waited 25 minutes for our food before asking the waiter to check on it. He blew us off. A few minutes later, we asked a second time and he went back to the kitchen and then told us the food would be out in 2 minutes. Ten minutes later still no food, so we paid for our drinks and left. Forty minutes for wings, are you kidding?

I come here at least once a week, sometimes more. Service is awesome and the food and beer is even better! It’s the best sports bar I have been to in Reno plus their wings to me taste the best.

Came here from happy hour with a friend. Restaurant was very quiet no one inside. Service was okay bartender was attentive but didn’t seem like he liked his job. He was NOT helpful in ordering which was very frustrating.
Food came out first before the appetizer.
We order traditional wings in several different flavors.
I don’t like how they change the policy from minimum 4wings to minimum 6wings Per flavor. This isnt allowing customers to taste more sauces on wing day.
Which is one of the reason I would come here
I wouldn’t come back to this location due to the poor customer service.

Wow, one star is TOOOO many. Servers have been real good in our visits. Especially relating to our needs, yes the CUSTOMER’S needs! Dietary concerns, baby needs, thirst related issues, etc… Great Servers!
The MANAGEMENT SUCKS!!! Moved here a year ago, been to BWW (only this location) 6 – 10 times… wife has dietary issues and only orders shrimp basket, which seems to be OUT OF STOCK over 50% of our visits. This alone is frustrating, but then comes the TOOLBOX Manager! Here are HIS responses– then ours.
«come back tomorrow, when the order comes in” — NO
«it can’t be 50% of the time” — ACTUALLY YES
«there must be something else she can order” — WHY? cuz you suck at inventory!
One star is too gracious for this management muscle-​bound idiot!

We always head out to BWW on Tuesdays or Thursday’s fir their traditional Tuesdays or boneless Thursdays.
Food is always good. Prices are decent. Large variety of sauces. I like the jammin jalapeño, Parmesan garlic, mild, or honey BBQ.
Service is hit or miss here. The best waitress I’ve ever had is Gabby. When she is working we only like to sit in her section. If she isn’t there we sit at the bar.
