Buchanan Brothers Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

We just bought a home and the carpets were in need of some major cleaning. We were going to try and do it ourselves but at the last minute at 4:30pm on a Friday I called Buchanan Bros to see if they could make it work that weekend. Dan was friendly and flexible to our needs. He said he would call me first thing the next morning and he did just that. He was able to get Bobby out to our house at 11:30 on Saturday. Bobby was very friendly and said he would do his best to get our carpets as clean as possible. He was at the home for close to 2 ½ hours. I was very impressed from start to finish with these gentleman. I am so thankful they were able to help us at the last minute. I feel better moving in now and I would recommend them 150%. The owner, Dan, is very hands on as he is the one that takes your call and comes to your house with Bobby. I used them years before in a previous house and had a great experience then. They are flexible with the schedule and came out within a day. Over the phone I told Dan what I needed cleaned with an estimate.
The day of cleaning, he called before showing up and both Dan and Bobby struck up friendly conversation while doing an initial walk thru. At no additional cost, the carpet was pretreated with an enzyme spray throughout the house. During the cleaning, they moved furniture and placed them on little styrofoam pads so they didn’t get wet. Again, no extra charge. Each area was extensively treated until it looked new. Bobby even did the welcome mats on the way out.
Results were fantastic! No sales pressure, no add ons I read about in other carpet cleaning reviews. Everything was inclusive. They really took their time, two hours, to ensure the desired results were achieved. All of this for $ 125 — exactly what was quoted. Amazing considering I have two large dogs to clean after. My neighbor came outside while they were cleaning asking for a business card.
I’m a fan with how they do business without the corporate upselling.

I called at 8 o’clock in the morning due to my son’s dog having an accident and making a huge mess through all of our carpet by 1130 they had shown up made my wife extremely happy clean all our carpets there wasn’t anything left everything came out perfect. I would I would recommend them to anyone they came out with a great attitude their prices were extremely fair if anyone’s looking for a good carpet cleaning company I would highly recommend calling them

We have used Buchanan Brothers for 20 years and have found their service to be excellent. After being talked into using an other carpet cleaning service we were shocked by they poor service and deceitful practices in getting more money using all kinds of trickery. We are so happy to go back to Buchanan Brothers to get such great quality at a fair price!

Dan (owner) and Bobby have done our carpets for several years. Very reliable, reasonable priced and great customer service. There are many carpet cleaners out there but Buchanan Brothers is certainly the best.

We have used Buchanan Brothers for years (even before the employees bought it and kept the name). They are always friendly, hard working, and reasonably priced. This morning we paid $ 150 for them to clean our living room, family room, hallway, bedroom, and bathroom. Two guys spent an hour and a half on it. They don’t charge extra for pre-​treating stains or putting blocks under big pieces of furniture, and they don’t try to up-​sell us on anything else.
