It smells nice and the staff is friendly. Just a narrow range of products here and they seem to be geared more to selling stuff with coupons to make the prices reasonable.

I love walking in this store and leaving the smelly world behind. Especially during the holidays — its so pleasant, yet strong like any shop of its kind. Almost like a punch in the face with scents. Thats every BBW store for ya though. The scent-​sensitive individuals might not be too fond of it for that reason alone, but I happen to love it.
I mostly purchase the Aromatherapy line and the candles because I’ve grown to dislike the BBW lotions. The body sprays are just okay for me as I prefer to wear fresh/​clean scents over the floral ones. I wore them more often when I was a teen. Some are just too strong and literally make me feel sick now. Usually it’s a hit and miss on the products (except the aromatherapy line, so far) because I don’t particularly like how they feel as if they leave a residue on my skin. Also, I like the True Blue Spa line very much. I highly recommend the sea salt scrub that comes in a tub.
This location is always well-​kept and the employees eager to assist. This store is part of a fabulous outdoor mall that I happen to frequent too often for the sake of my paychecks. Great store and location!

Everyone knows their products smell great and work well. If I were just reviewing their products, I’d give them a generous four stars. As for a pleasant shopping experience, I’m giving them one star. Why?
I don’t like being badgered when I’m shopping.
I walk in, three people literally rush me to greet me. Jeez, not had any customers lately or what? I smile politely and try to progress forward. I take literally four steps before I’m assaulted with, «Find what you needed?». I venture another five steps, haven’t even made it halfway down the store, when another one shoves a bag at me in case I can’t handle carrying a 10 oz. bottle of citrus mango lotion. I decline, but I am starting to reach what Cesar Milan, the Dog Whisperer, calls the Red Zone.
My goal is to make it halfway gown to the aisle, where the display sink is, without yet another person attacking me… I’m almost there… when DANG IT. I get a bottle of some spray shoved at me and told that it’s their latest seasonal product.
Because I am not allowed by law to bite humans who assault me, I instead make the smart decision to quietly exit the store before I do any damage.

Customer service is always great here… sometimes I think they may be a little overstaffed for a place that solely consists of a single isle in a drug store.
Love their products mostly as well. No reason for me to not come back here. Prices are a little steep for what is basically going down the drain, but hey I likes what I likes.

I love their home fragrances. This store is very clean and organized. Associates are always available with suggestions and answers to questions you might have. The sales at this store are great too!

Love this store! I like many of the fragrances. Love that you can buy the same fragrance in perfume spray, body spray, bath gel, bubble bath, lotion, body cream, room spray, etc. So, if you really like one scent, you can go crazy with it. Great products.
