2 or 3 ppl at the plumb store are awesome. I canr remember the hispanic guu name but it might be oscar older about 35 well hes awesome! At&t in general are dinosaurs compared to verizon. Live in downtown reno and i have to scavenge for wifi cause my signals horrid! With verizon i could be in a bunker in iraq and still have full bars. Btw at&t your computer prompts dont acknowledge when someone presses numbers to actually talk to someone so I tend to have to drive to your stores to talk to someone. Thank the lord for oscar! Is it me or does it seem like at&t always stacks another months charges every month… one minute your balance is zero and the next minute you refresh your page and owe more money then your plan even calls for! Tmobile I hear has even better coverage than you and thats baaaaad! Hopefully Oscar jumps ship to Verizon because Im head back to them Saturday morning! Gave another star because of oscar so really Im giving at&t sevice a 1 star… if I could Id give –10! HORRIBLE!

Actually today I picked my friends to renew the prepaid plan, did it at meadow mall AT&T b4, stuff was pretty nice, coz we needed to also renew the date, so that guy spent like 15 mins to help us. BUTTODAY, HERE, I don’t know they r volunteers or not, nobody know what happened also tried to give this problem to someone else. A lady who’s name is Tiana, such bad face to me, but be nice to another custom who was not a ASIAN! Ok, I don’t even wanna talk about this anymore. Finally, no one worked out my problem, and took me around 20mins here. Right now I even wanna drive 10 more mins to meadowoods mall but not here!

I had a hankering for a new phone after a year of my iPhone 4s. 25 minutes and $ 67 later I walked out of the store with an iPhone 5s. Sales associate Anthony provided excellent service from the moment he opened the store door for me when I arrived to his closing words as I left with my purchase. I was impressed that I did not have to wait for service on a Saturday afternoon and that I was not pressured to spend more money than the amount I told him that I wished to spend. I share a phone plan with two family members, and Anthony communicated clearly what would and would not change about our shared bill as a result of my buying a new phone(that was the $ 67 part – the tax for my iPhone 5s).

AWFUL experience. Went in with my husband and 2 kids on the evening of 12⁄23 to reactivate a canceled line. When we walked in there were 3 sales reps, all helping other customers. So we stood by the middle counter, looking at phones, knowing that the reps were all busy. YETNOONEACKNOWLEDGEDOURPRESENCE, NOONESAID«WEWILLBEWITHYOU» … NOTHING. Nothing for about 20 minutes until a «manager» walked out from the back and took my husband’s name and told us that someone will be with us shortly. HEDIDN’T OFFERTOHELPATALL. And so we waited for another 15 minutes, then we left. MOSTAWFULEXPERIENCEEVERATANAT&T STOREEVER. My family and I left, went to WALMART and reactivated the line and got a phone for $ 100 cheaper than at the AT&T store. So while it all worked out for the better, I just had to do a review of the ABSOLUTELYAWFULEXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at this store. I wish I could cancel my service with AT&T altogether, but that’s not an option at this time. Too bad they closed the store on Rock because I NEVERWANTTORETURNTOTHISSTOREAGAIN. JERKS. WISH I COULDGIVENOSTARS, BUT I DON’T HAVETHATOPTION.

Att called me after a BBB complaint regarding this and no questions asked took care of everything. They were very apologetic and went out of their way to take care of me. I am still dissapointed it took a BBB complaint to get treated fairly. Also when I was in the store and they were taking care of me, the man at the table next to us was treated very poorly by the att rep and was even told to go to another store to complain about it. I knew that man felt the exact same way I did when I was treated the same. Clean it up att you dont run the show anymore.

The only exciting reason to visit the AT&T Store is buy a new phone right? I mean, you spend all this money, all year long to have this service and when you’re finally eligible for an upgrade you want the experience to be quick, smooth and pleasurable(LOL, just read that last sentence again). You know you’re in for the usual upsell, because that’s how these people make their money, but this isn’t a used car lot… you don’t expect pushy sales tactics or bait and switch maneuvers, you expect a friendly and informative sales professional to handle the transaction. Well someone needs to explain this to Ross. He was short and rude from the minute he walked up to us. He was pushy in his approach, failed to deliver the important information, and was simply trying to sign us up for some«Next» plan they’re now offering. After 5 minutes with him, my GF and I, along with our potential $ 800 sale walked right out the door. 1STARFORROSS! If this review was based on just this experience, I’d give it one star, but I’m giving it 3 stars because of previous experience with a very nice red headed female employee(who I saw when I was there) who politely and graciously helped me fix some issues with my cable bill. Even though this was not a sales transaction, she understood the value customer service plays in her job, and she left me extremely happy and satisfied being an AT&T customer. In addition, the lady who greeted us when we walked in the other day was also quite friendly and informative.

This place is not big on customer service or speed. Purchased an AT&T microcell from this store because apparently they are the only AT&T store in town that carries them. The first time we went in things were marginally ok, although a 200 year old person could have rung us up faster than the sales woman here did. Unfortunately the first device we brought here was defective, which isn’t the store’s fault, so after spending hours with tech support, they instructed me to exchange the device as the only option left was a faulty product. My wife went in to exchange it and the sales woman immediately put up barriers. Even though she explained up front that tech support directed us to exchange the product after hours working on it, the sales woman insisted on rattling off everything she figured we’d forgotten. After she finally gave in and swapped the product for a new one we came home and, lo and behold, it works. The only operator error going on here was the customer service at this shop.

The service here is outstanding! You can tell because there is sometimes a bit of a wait. The sales associates make sure all their customers questions are answered and are well taken care of. I recently bought an iPhone 4 here and Gerry the salesperson was so helpful and even set up my email and facebook accounts on it for me. I have been raving about both my phone and the service since then, so much so that my sister and dad went to buy iPhones there too!
