I have had their service for years and been pretty unhappy but so many other issues in daily life to address switching companies. My driver tried to sexually harass me about 3 years ago and I was fighting a serious hospital«superbug» and too tired to do anything about it. I literally have avoided him and just leave my empties out even if I am home. I called him a couple of months ago as he left me double the amount of waters that I normally get, which obviously doubled my bill. I finally addressed the sexual harassment issue with him and he admitted to being out of line and did apologize, however, it was a little too late. I have now switched companies and so much happier w/the new company. I found out also that their bottles are NOTBPH free and not even sure how fresh their spring water really is. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Ordered service and they were able to deliver our hot/cold dispenser cooler weeks later(12⁄28). The cooler we rented with the service worked well for a few hours until the cold water stopped dispensing completely. Only the hot dispenser worked. I called customer service and was told they could switch the cooler out on 12⁄30. My son waited home for them all today and at 5 after they didn’t show I called to make sure they were still coming. I was told, «the notes say you were not home for delivery but I don’t quite understand what else the note says. It’s weird.» The customer service rep didn’t even understand the notes made by the delivery man and there was no way he came by today. We have dogs that would’ve barked at the door. They transferred me to someone who could reschedule the delivery. After holding for 15 minutes another rep came on the line and was very nice but said he could not get someone back out until ¼. No one will be home and we cannot take off work so they can deliver between 8 – 5. I am canceling the service. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before ordering. What a disappointment! Update: They came though and were able to replace the cooler today(12⁄31) so I’m not cancelling after all. Hopefully service is smoother from now on.

I am so fed up with being on hold for 30 minutes at a time, being given a delivery date and then nobody showing up, being told someone will call me and then not hearing from anyone… absolutely horrible customer service!!! Well you’ve lost this long-time customer and I’m changing to a local company!

Terrible service and company. Every time you call their customer service line, you either get a busy signal or wait on hold for 30−40mins. Every time they called to say they were delivering, they would not show up and then they would deliver on random days and they delivered 4x as much water as I asked for, it was madness. After calling so many times trying to sort everything out, I finally gave up and had to cancel.

Horrible service! I wish I had read these reviews before signing up at the Costco in Carson City. This company has the worst sales route drivers that will skip your delivery and still charge you for it. Save your time and money and just go to your nearest grocery store for water.

I’d rather get a backache schlepping bottles from the store than deal with the pain in the rear dealing with Alhambra’s customer service! Our company uses their monthly delivery service. Their computer system didn’t cut a bill in February, and we received a late fee. When I called, the rep apologized and said that it was clear that a bill had not printed. She emailed one to me, and I added it to our company’s next weekly check run. In the mean time, they charged me a late fee. I called to get it removed, which was done, but next month we had a new late fee, because our late fee was late. We have now had four late fees charged on our account, all stemming from their own computer mistake in February, and I have spent two hours(4 phone calls) getting them removed. It’s the late fee from hell that never stops accruing. It is only $ 10 per month, but at this point, it’s a matter of principle and I’ll be damned if I’m going to reward their horrible system by actually giving them this unearned fee.
