I’ve been snowmobiling before with another company. They were good. But this time I decided to take more people with me(party of 9), including my 60 year old mother. I emailed the company and the response I received wasn’t very friendly. I even asked for a specific tour guide but wasn’t able to book him since he worked only twice a month. I took a chance with Adventures of Reno. The office is located inside of the Grand Sierra Resort. I emailed them and Bill replied promptly and he was super nice with great customer service. He won me over. The day of snowmobiling, we got lost because all the signs were knocked over or buried by the snow storm so we ended up driving passed their site. In any case, we finally found them and Steve and Gary were our guides. They made sure throughout the tour that we were safe and having a good time. They took our pictures, let us free ride in a frozen pond, and the best part — the snowmobile were BRANDNEW with hand warmers and a quieter motor. I’m so glad I went with them. They even told us that if we were a slow rider, we should not feel pressured to keep up with the rest of the group, which was great for my mom who was driving last in the group. Haha. I recommend this company and the 2 tour guides to anyone. Contact Bill though and make sure you talk to him and no one else to ensure the best rates for big groups.
