This office is a total mess. Dr. Abbot can not remember what she says. The office staff is the worst. Make sure to get a receipt or you will be in for a whole lot of horrible… The only one in the office that has a clue is the Lady that does the weight loss and Botox … All in all my experience was the worst EVER… Just sayin … Boo… NO NO NO DON’T Do it You will be Sorry

Beware!!! Do not go!!! The worst doctor in town. Office visit $ 500. They tell you it $ 150 to $ 200 I initial visit. When you get the bill it’s $ 500. Fraudulent billing

My first visit here went well back in April to get new birth control. The staff was friendly and apologetic for having to reschedule the appointment with me. After the first visit, things started going down hill. I had bloodwork done and received no calls for two weeks. I called the office to follow up and they went ahead and scheduled me an appointment to go over the results. The results were negative and I was relieved but unsure as to why I had to wait so long to learn I was fine. Another three weeks passed with no contact from the office about the birth control. I called them and they said they hadn’t heard. This went on from the entire month of June. They would say they would call me the next day or when they heard and I received no phone calls. They disclosed another patient’s name to me on three occasions. Finally when we were coming up on a week shy of 3 months since I initially requested the medication, my husband and I went to the office to cancel services. We requested our files be released to my primary care physician. When we stated we would be finding another doctor, Dr. Abbott said, «Good I’m glad.» This was an extremely disappointing experience. When tell Dr. Abbott that we would be filing a complaint and that they had violated HIPPA, she picked up the phone, pressed three numbers said hello and hung up. I later received a phone call that my records would be available after 2 pm the following day and that they called 911 and my husband was no longer welcome on the premise. There was nothing threatening said during the conversation. While he did talk to them with a firm tone, it seems like they were just trying to save face since they had two clients in the waiting room.
I went onto google to read other reviews after this experience and found that other people have not had a good experience here either. I believe in honest Unilocal reviews. They are none currently on here and I think it’s important for the community to know there is unprofessional behavior with this office.
