Unique Refinishing

This company is the best. Felix asked for the dimensions of my flooring and gave me an estimate over the phone. It was less than an on-​site estimate I had received, and best of all, IT REALLY IS (practically) DUSTLESS! I needed my kitchen, dining room, hallway, 2 small closets, and a stairway refinished. Felix was very flexible with scheduling. When I said I needed the job finished as quickly as possible once it was started, he scheduled for a Sunday and brought 4 guys (2 crews). I wanted a natural color, so they sanded using their brand new state-​of-​the-​art machine and put down 2 coats (maybe more?) the first day, then came back early the next morning to finish. Unfortunately, the air conditioning had turned off during the night and the floor wasn’t dry enough to finish, so they came back around 3 and finished in a little over an hour. Felix kept me updated through the entire process. I’m so pleased with the job they did!
