Last week at around 7 at night I was stuck on the side of the road. Not only was it dark, but it was also a rainy mess. I called for a tow, and Dennis showed up in no time! He was friendly and personable, with a spunky sense of humor. These kind of situations suck, but Dennis made it so much easier. He even let me sit in his truck while he got my car safely on the bed of his truck. I am a little picky, but he was so gentle with my baby. I would def recommend Rockdale Towing for anyone who find themselves in a sticky situation such as mine. He really seemed to like his job, which is not what you normally see now adays. Thank you Rockdale Towing and Dennis for making such a crappy situation end not so crappy. You guys rock! Thank you :)

Rockdale towing came to my rescue after another towing company dropped the ball! I sat on the 795 ramp for almost 2 hours in the rain after the first tow place was requested. After my road side assistance contacted Rockdale towing, the tow company called twice to check on me AND showed up 40 minutes before the estimated time of arrival!!! God bless Rockdale towing

my car was involved in a accident and was towed, I was sure that when I would see it again it would be bad, but to my surprise, the windows were covered with plastic so rain would not get in car and all my belongings were where I left them. car was locked inside 2 gates… very pleased how they took care of my car. wish my insurance would have done the same. thanks rockdale

Miserable Scum
If i could give them «O» stars i would
$ 204 charge for a tow. Driver told me it would be $ 150. Car was covered in mud. Yellow crayon numbers all over it they wouldn’t wash off.
It was there less than 24 hrs and i got charged for 2 days storage.
Carpets were filthy
The employees were the typical rude, slow, couldn’t care less type. But, their career is working for a tow company, so that must suck
The worst was they dented my bumper and cracked my rear light. My car had snow on it so i didn’t see it until after i got it out from the car wash. The cop agreed with me that when he pulled me over, none of my lights were broken. If they were, i would have been given a ticket and repair order. Police report filed, but he said basically good luck and they have a bad reputation
They are parasites. You probably will only «use» them when it’s not by choice. If you do have a choice, use ANYONE else
