My daughter goes to their before and after care program. The staff is really friendly and professional. Karate classes are included in the tuition. My daughter LOVES it there. Shes learning discipline, respect and methods of self defense.
I would recommend this place to anyone. They also have adult classes of kick boxing, muay tai and other kung foo like stuff.

I have been training here for a while now. I love the classes. That instructors are very good. Very friendly and helpful atmosphere. They have helped me get in the best shape of my life. I love training in the many different programs that they offer. I love the jujitsu classes TRX and boxing classes heck they’re all great classes. Every class I get your amazing work out or I learned something new. I have moved around from place to place but this is by far the best training facility I’ve ever found. I don’t have kids but if I did this would be the place I would bring them their kids classes look amazing as well. So glad I found this place and I plan on being here for a long time. The facility is very modern and very clean and up-​to-​date. The other students and customers are great as well nice friendly and helping like a big family. Definitely check them out if you’re looking for a nice train facility. I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

The classes are ok. You get a good workout, but don’t try to cancel your membership that is a whole different story. They have a 30 day notice policy. I submitted my 30 day notice on Dec 26, 2014, they charged my credit card on Jan 1st, which was appropriate, and again on Feb 1, 2015, which would make it a 60 day notice. Unless, the meaning of 30 day notice has changed, I don’t know. I tried to explain to whoever I was emailing with, but it was useless, so I just let them keep the money. Hopefully, they won’t charge my card in March, making it a 90 day notice. I personally wouldn’t recommend any place that doesn’t understand its own policies.
