The store manager here follows the number one rule in sales, «Customer Service». My wife and I had an elliptigo and was looking into purchasing another while here on vacation. We went to the store and looked at the models available. Though I really wanted to get one that day to ride along side my wife, the color we were looking for was not arriving for another three days. I think Richie sensed that I really wanted to have one to ride ASAP, so he offered to let me use the store floor model free until my came in. This was great customer service. In sales you should never let a «sale» walk out the door, ’cause they may not be back. Richie followed that rule and did whatever he needed to do to make me happy and make the sale. When we went back a few days later to pick up the new elliptigo, again he exceeded expectations and through in freebies that make the riding experience much more enjoyable. I highly recommend this store for your fitness needs. And if something goes wrong (which I doubt), I guarantee Richie will make it right. GREAT JOB!!!
