Great place. Great staff. Great grounds. Great parking. We will be back. It’s not next to the beach but it’s walking distance. They have two small pools and a hot tub.

We have been staying at The Bellmoor for the past 9 years. We the love the atmosphere, spacious rooms and suites, spa and the location. It sits just 3 blocks off the beach and one block off Main Street. The staff is warm and friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. If you are not traveling with children I highly recommend the club level, located on the fourth floor. This all suites level is quite, spacious and relaxing. The sitting room/library is stocked with beverages and snacks and is perfect to curl up in and read a good book. My main complaint is the breakfast. They source it out to Lupos Italian restaurant and it lacks originality and flavor. If you want a fresh made-to-order omelette you are in luck. It is the only thing they do well. We stayed for three nights and the offerings were the same every morning. Eggs, French toast, bacon/sausage, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The pastries they serve are horrible, dry and something that needs to come off the menu or find a local bakery to source a nice option. Call ahead to make reservations at the spa. It is small so they book up early and they do not save times for guests. Each time we have gone to the spa services have been wonderful. The staff is well trained and very attentive. This is a Select Registry and award winning property. They should have every last detail covered. The only other word of advise is to the front desk staff. The area in which you work is like a cave and therefore your voices carry. While you are not talking to guests it would be nice if you whispered or used a quiet voice. While we were in the library your voices were louder then ours. No one was trying to be loud. I just don’t think you realize how much your voices travel and are heard by the guests. Housekeeping is a great example of being seen and not heard.

We stayed over the w/end. A lovely hotel. Private, clean and romantic. The garden area is so relaxing with a koi pond and soothing fountain. Very quiet and just one block from shopping and restaurants. Two blocks from the beach. Great breakfast. On Sunday, we brought leftover champagne and made mimosas. A perfect weekend getaway!

We fell in love with this hotel, completely by chance. We were looking to book a long weekend in Rehoboth and wanted a nice hotel that was close to the beach. We didn’t mind if we had to stay in a motel, but just couldn’t find all the amenities we were looking for that was the right fit. That’s when we discovered the Bellmoor. The hotel is really quaint and lovely. You walk in to a foyer that is decorated in browns and greens and there are various sitting rooms and libraries all around. There are two pools and a hot tub, including an adults only pool and a beautiful garden area to enjoy. There’s no restaurant or bar, but everything is within walking distance and they offer free breakfast everyday and light snacks and refreshments(lemonade, tea, cheese, crackers, brownies and cookies) in the late afternoon. Breakfast isn’t just bagels and juice; it’s a full spread of eggs, pancakes, cereals, fruit, bacon, sausage, etc. and an omelet station on weekends. The main strip is just one block away and the boardwalk and beach are two blocks. The beach is walkable, but they provide a golf cart ride to and from the hotel to the beach daily which is great if you are carrying a lot of gear. You cannot beat the location. The rooms were fabulous. And enormous. We opted for a suite which included a huge living room area separate from the bedroom and an extremely large bathroom, wet bar and fireplace. This was perfect for us with a toddler in tow because when she slept, we were able to still hang out without her in the room. The rooms were very clean and maid service came in later in the day to refresh your towels and toiletries, while giving a quick clean, which was perfect after sandy beach days. All of the the staff was very helpful and nice; from the front desk to maintenance staff. I was worried it wasn’t going to be «kid friendly» enough based on the website, but there were a lot of families and children there and were very welcomed. While a bit pricey, the advantages and amenities were well worth it! It truly enhanced what has become one of our favorite family vacations.

Being a first time visitor to the Delaware beaches, I had no idea where to stay and relied on Internet searches to find a hotel that checked off all the boxes: clean, interesting, charming, close to the beach, has parking, pool, etc. The Bellmoor satisfies all of those and then some. We’re staying in a second floor garden king room, which has the feel of a luxury cabin. The bed is incredibly comfortable with beautiful sheets and pillows. It’s decorated in a quaint taste but feels updated and cared for. There’s a large TV, wifi and a fridge in the room and windows on the front and back sides. It feels airy and open. Our room is near the adult only wading pool and looks out over the courtyard garden, which is a quiet and relaxing space. We opted to walk to the beach, which is just a few blocks down the street, but they do offer a free golf cart shuttle if you have lots of gear or kids to get down there. Tons of restaurants and shops are a block away on Rehoboth Ave. The hotel sits just far enough off the busy main road that you don’t hear any of the craziness. Bottom line: my husband and I would come back in a heartbeat! We love it here.

Enjoyed a fabulously relaxing facial by Shannon at the Spa. She is a trained professional with a wealth of skin care knowledge. My skin never felt so good and it is radiant.

I got a massage here yesterday, on the last day of my vacation in Rehoboth Beach. We were staying at the hotel(I’m not sure why I can’t find that on here, but it’s also worth it), and my SO called first thing in the morning to book me an appointment. No problem getting in. I think my massage therapist’s name was Whitney — she was great. Very firm pressure, deep enough to get out all of the knots from my shoulders, neck, and back. My shoulders were a teeny bit sore last night(as I had been warned they might be), but every part of me feels amazing today. Worth the money, at least if you’re splurging a bit on your trip.

The hubby set up massages to kick off our vacation. What a great idea!!! I was looking to really relax and work out some stored tension in my shoulders and legs. Scott was awesome and gave my muscles and knots a deep rub. I was more limber and my shoulders were more flexible than when I came in. I could have stayed all day to take a nap after the massage; however there was really no area to relax after the massage except for the waiting area. The hubby’s massage was ok. His massage therapist was a bit serious, intense so I’m glad that she didn’t do any body or energy work on me. Overall, a decent spa in the area.

I visited the Bellmoor Spa to take advantage of a package given to me by my husband. I received a microdermabrasion pedicure and manicure, a hot stone massage, and an anti-acne facial. All of the services were wonderful. My manicure and pedicure looked great and remained in-tact for at least a week after. The massage was wonderful, and the facial was also great. The staff were also very knowledgeable about the products and services. My only complaint is that the services were a bit over-priced. Though I enjoyed my day immensely, there are other spas in the area that offer just as excellent of service with more reasonable prices.
