One Virginia Avenue Condo

I rent a condo here every year and have stayed in many different sizes of condos over the years.
I love it and find it to be the best location on the boardwalk, it is on the quiet end of the boardwalk, away from all the craziness of the main drag and Funland, yet still close enough to both of those locations.
The prices are great, we go the week of Memorial day and stay in an oceanfront studio sized condo (it still has a full kitchen) and it works out to be around $ 100 a night. You can’t beat that with any hotel in the area.
Judith (the property manager) is great as well, we had a last minute issue in the condo we were supposed to be in last year and she took care of us and got us set up in another condo quickly and efficiently.
The grounds of these condos are very private, there are a two different locked doors you have to get through before having access to the property as well as gates and a private garage for parking.
There is a nice sized pool with deck and chairs, and a book room as well as coin operated laundry facilities on site.
