I would have given this place a 5 star rating but I just couldn’t and it’s only because I’ve had better larger sweeter Carmel covered apples. They do cut it and box the apple up really nicely for you just incase your like me and don’t like biting into an apple. The arrow itself is super tempting with all the sweet treats and the service couldn’t be friendlier.

This is one of the best chocolate/candy stores l have visited. While in Rehoboth Beach and seeking out some goodies for my sweet tooth, we happened upon this store. As we entered, we were met with the wonderful smell of chocolate in the air. There were also various sweet treats that put me on sugar sensory overload. Fudge, brittle, cookies, ice cream, candy apples, and so many other goodies that are just too numerous to name. I finally decided on a couple of bags of nut brittle, pecans, almonds and cashews in a buttery candy brittle that literally melted in your mouth. I also purchased a salted pretzel rod coated in caramel, rolled in pecans and drizzled with dark chocolate… decadent. You know its bad when we made our purchase, went back to our hotel room, started eating our new found goodies and, knowing it was a Saturday and getting late, rushed back to purchase more before the store closed to take back home with us to Baltimore. This will definitely be a repeat visit when we come back to Rehoboth Beach!

A nice spot with richer desserts than Candy Kitchen. Cinnamon Mexican chocolate fudge… oh my goodness. I ended up with something called a mint cookie malt ball as well, and some caramels. They have plenty of buy X get Y free going on. Only drawback is they’re not vegan-friendly(and they posted a note they have all kinds of allergens floating around), which is not surprising-most confections are this way-but unfortunate nonetheless.

Yummy ice cream! I had banana fudge pie in a waffle cone and my husband had Rehoboth Mud(vanilla ice cream with chocolate shavings) in a waffle cone. The cones were fresh and tasty!

Heavenly… I have tried the blueberry waffle ice cream, heavenly hash ice cream, chocolate covered rice crispy, toffee bark, peanut butter cup, and heavenly hash. They all taste fresh, homemade, and so delicious! My favorites were the blueberry waffle ice cream and the toffee bark. Very, very good and open late! Definitely worth stopping by!

Ice cream was great, service was a little rushed and seemed bored to serve. They could have pushed this to a 5 for sure.

Their ice cream is out of this world. Better than king kone. I have tried a variety of ice cream from all over the world and I conclude that this was pretty close to the ice cream they serve in Europe. Full bodied in flavor, no nasty after taste(which you typically have with soft serve ice cream) and the level of sweetness is just wonderful! You are definitely discovering a piece of heaven when you take your first bite or lick.

HOLYCOWTHISPLACEISAMAZING. I’m from NJ so I assumed this place would be comparable to Steels Fudge… but it’s a whole new level. The moment you walk into Kilwin’s the smell of chocolate CONSUMES you… in the best way possible. They let us try any fudge we wanted. We had a coupon for buy one get one free(we got 2 half pieces that counted as one). It was about $ 9 so very good prices… and it was AMAZING. The best fudge I ever had. Their peruvian chocolate and sea salt caramel were my favorite… Holy cow. I need more. I ate it all just writing this review.

A must visit! Caramel is the best here! Get the candy and goodies to go and enjoy the ice cream, my fab is the Rehoboth Beach Kilwins tracks. My take home is the caramel covered rice Crispy treat on a stick.

Sooooo good! Amazing sweets and service. The wide variety of sweets — mostly made here, where it’s fun to watch the staff putting finishing touches on creations — included caramel apples with several types of toppings and several flavors of rich fudge and amazing, creamy, flavorful ice cream. Everything I tried was excellent, but the ice cream was the champion to me and a definite reason I will return over and over. Be ‘warned’: the sample sizes are healthy portions in their own right, and a «single» scoop of ice cream is much more like a double scoop in most places!(Did I mention that it was sooooo good?) The prices are excellent, and the staff is warm, friendly, helpful, and — critical with as many flavors as they have — patient.

Four words: Chocolate Salted Caramel Fudge. It’s heaven and it’s worth every penny; in fact I may pay double for this sweet treat. This place has the freshest candy, fudge, etc in Rehoboth and while it’s somewhat pricey, it’s excellent quality. I stop here every time I am in Rehoboth.

Great to see toffee apples, handmade fudge and other traditional sweets. Awesome ice cream and sorbets too!

One of the best places for fudge, having a variety, and allowing people to taste the fudge. The ice cream is also great, my favorite being the chocolate peanut butter, but I’m told by the people I go with that their #1 bestseller, the sea salt caramel ice cream, is the BEST. You can smell the fudge from 20 feet away, and see it made fresh. They also have chocolates, which look great, and have a pretty big variety, considering(I’m pretty sure) it is made there.

If you visit Rehoboth Beach and have a sweet tooth, then you must stop by Kilwins! The fudge is delicious, as well as the ice cream. Plus, it smells amazing when you walk by. Very friendly staff.

Stopped in late evening one night when I had some time to kill before work — the coffee shop down the street was closed, so I figured I’d get a coffee and something sweet here instead. I got some chocolate covered pretzels, which were delicious, but the girl behind the counter reported that they were out of coffee, and didn’t offer to brew more. There was certainly plenty of time before they closed, and I probably could have asked, but meh, whatever, I stopped at Dunkin’ Donuts out on the highway. The ice cream looked good, but I didn’t have any, and there are other places along the avenue with coffee, ice cream, and sweets that put a higher priority on customer service, so I don’t see myself coming back unless they’re the only ones open again, which seemed to be the case the evening I was there. It wasn’t bad, it just wasn’t great, and the competition is pretty stiff for that sort of thing along the avenue.

A nice change from the cotton candy, soft serves, or funnel cakes that you usually get at the beach. This dessert store has a lot to offer. I had a delicious chocolate caramel pretzel with pecans and It was so good I couldn’t stop eating until it was all gone! I was tempted by the caramel turtles but I was too full from dinner to give in to those. The gazillion varieties of fudge and the ice creams in all flavours are all very appealing. I felt the love that goes Into all these pretty confections. The cute little shop is on the main street; the windows are bright and the display cases are very clean, making these goodies look even more appetizing! I will definitely return.

You walked up and down the beach so why not cash in those burned up calories for really good chocolate, peanut butter chocolate, and chocolate sea salt fudge. Much better than the other candy vendors in town. Or better yet, walk a little longer so you can try their cinnamon crumb cake ice cream.

Fast, friendly and super creamy fudge… what more can you ask? Everything looked and smelled delicious and it was difficult to choose just one item but I knew I wanted plain, simple chocolate fudge. My friend tried the chocolate covered pretzel and loved her choice too. The smallest amount of fudge you can buy is a ½ slice. Buying«just a bite» isn’t allowed… which let’s be honest isn’t what you really want to do anyway. Loved it.

We were lured in by the limited time offering of salted caramel ice cream. It was amazing, get it before it’s gone. We’ve been coming to Rehoboth for the past 6 summers and this was the first time we’ve stopped in Kilwin’s. This is what a candy store is supposed to be. We didn’t have any of their candy, but it looked so good. They had fudge with turtles on top! So decadent it’s almost obscene.
