Interesting selection. Some items I haven’t seen elsewhere. Pricy for ordinary items– you would expect that for specialty items but not so much for ordinary organic produce you can get at Giant a mile down the road for much less. I’ve been in three times and the employees are not very nice. Today was the worst so I think I’ll shop elsewhere.

It upsets me when people complain about selection or price. Number 1. You’re at the beach. Their overhead is high and they have to make a profit to live. Deal with it. Number 2. This is a specialty store. They will not have the selection that a major grocery store or something along those lines will have. If you are vegetarian, vegan, or just have a special diet and like health food, this is the place to be. They will help you with a smile and you will leave knowing you supported a wonderful small business.

I go here for old world bread and the food from cave girl to go. The items are paleo diet and yummy, even things I didn’t know I’d like I like, the stuffed grape leaves were made with cauliflower and awesome, usually I would pass but it was so good. The almond butter is delicious and she makes the chocolate almond cups with it. They are so good. Have one of these and you will never want a Resse’s again. Ok well maybe but why when you can get these, they offer Maine root beer and sodas. Also lots of vegan and diary items. I wouldn’t do major shopping here of course, great for healthy snacks,

Very expensive and everything is marked up in top of what you pay at the super market. You’ll find the same stuff at Safeway. Seriously.

Over priced and crappy coffee selection. Very disappointed. Granted it’s a small store but they should stock a good quality whole bean coffee.

Stopped in today to get some stuff after an outing to the giant and all the fake & genetically modified food – what a pleasure! With produce from their farm outside of Clarksville, dE & other organic stuff, including food, beverages & even lotions & other toiletries, it was a pleasure to find a natural/organic market in Rehoboth. Check it out for sure!

*New* Rehoboth location!(also a location open in Clarksville, DE). One of the only health food stores in Rehoboth Beach. They have a small produce department, well stocked organic vegan & gluten free groceries. We are so happy to have them open here as I am fairly certain we would be eating absolutely nothing healthy otherwise! If you want to stay organic during your stay in Rehoboth Beach make sure you load up here before you venture into Rehoboth Beach proper. We brought our juicer and just found this place the day before we were to leave. Total bummer! We would have been here a lot during our stay if we had known. They are also opening a coffee bar. Nice folks too!
