We had a wonderful experience working with Berkshire Hathaway/​Gallo in Rehoboth. We had been looking for a vacation home to rent on the direct rental sites (VRBO, etc) and had no luck in finding something that suited our needs. We contacted every rental brokerage in the area to see what might be available. Alyssa Bishop with Gallo got back to us in a timely manner, found us some great options, and even negotiated for a reduced price since we weren’t planning on staying for a full week. She was VERY responsive when we had questions leading up to our vacation and even helped us extend our stay when we weren’t ready to go home.
We will definitely use Gallo (Alyssa specifically) again when planning our vacation next year.

I rented a vacation home from Prudential Gallo, I canceled one week of our trip well over 30 days before arrival. Prudential Gallo told me I would have to pay a fee due to my cancellation unless they rented the home for the week I cancelled. I would occasionally checked their website to see if the home was rented, my luck! The house was rented! I called to get my refund and was told that the company website was not working correctly and that NO the house had not rented!!! WTH? It’s almost 4 days later and the Prudential Gallo has done nothing to correct this problem that they are trying to charge me for! I would AVOID renting from them as this seems like it could be illegal to me. I would also not have them renting my house out! Very unprofessional to me!
