Parkside is very well known and experienced; very nice service for my grandfather. I know that my family is in good hands with them. I highly recommend Parkside.

Their customer service is horrible. I called to make an inquiry and the gentleman was very unfriendly and seemed extremely annoyed with being asked a question and then abruptly hung up on me when I started to tell him that he had no reason to be nasty because I was calling from out of state trying to get information. In a time of sorrow there is no time to be rude especially when working in this industry. I would NEVER recommend this place unless you want to have the pain you are already feeling intensified by their lack of compassion.
