The most disgusting building manager I’ve ever come across! Shady business does everything in his favor and takes money from people under the table to do things for them. Rude and disrespectful gave me a huge issue over trying to paint my apartment walls because they looked filthy … He harassed me to tears and now I’m seeking legal help!

The elevator is broken every other day. If you have issue, can call them 5 times, and yet no one bother to follow up.

The place is falling apart. Never know when the elevators will be working. 70% of the maintenance requests I have made have to be followed up on at least once. (Often with rude replies.) I’ve lived here over five years because my apartment was passed down to me, but I wouldn’t pick this place if my rent weren’t stabilized. I recently sued the building for not giving me a parking space. The staff here are letting an issue with a bully-​resident here get out of hand. He and A SECURITY GUARD recently harassed my friend on a visit.
